Sources say the loved up couple are about to get engaged!
We’ve got to confess, after all the excitement of Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan’s wedding, we’ve been in desperate need of some more nuptials.
And it looks like our wedding wish has been granted in the form of stupidly beautiful couple Lucy Mecklenburgh and Louis Smith.
Sources told the Daily Star that the lovebirds, who met on BBC acrobatics reality show Tumble, are getting ready to announce their engagement.
‘They’re planning a huge announcement and party’, the source told the newspaper. ‘Lucy has thought a lot about what she wants in terms of the party.’
And it seems that the gym-spirational pair, who love nothing more than posting pictures of their fit bodies on Instagram, were waiting for Mark and Michelle to get married first, before announcing their news.
‘Neither of them wanted people to think they were stealing Mark’s thunder’, the source explained.
Which is really rather nice of Lucy, given her history with Mr Wright. When the pair were on TOWIE, Lucy slept with Mark behind the back of her then boyfriend, Mario Falcone. And we all know how THAT turned out.
But, all those love troubles are behind her now and both Lucy and Louis have been gushing about their romance.
‘Everything’s great and I’m very happy’, Louis said in an interview about Lucy in March.
‘Someone to share things with was the one thing missing from my puzzle, so it’s lovely to be with Lucy. It feels so easy and as if we’ve known each other for ages. I’ve tried to sweep her off her feet.
‘She’s very driven, busy and a real planner, whereas I’m probably more laid-back because, if I look ahead too much, I get stressed and then I don’t do well. We complement each other well.’
Come on Louis, hurry up and propose so we’ve got another wedding to look forward to!
