Kim Kardashian is due to give birth to her second child next month with husband Kanye West but it seems as though being pregnant is taking its toll.
The US reality star took to Instagram and shared a throwback photo of herself in a gorgeous pink underwear set and heels.

Kim, 35, is clearly craving her pre-pregnancy body but we reckon she still looks fab now -the fashionista has been showing off her huge bump in a range of skin tight outfits and dresses.
Whilst pregnant with her first child North, now two, Kim famously gained 50 pounds, admitting: ‘I got so huge and it felt like someone had taken over my body.’
Writing on her website last month, Kim, who is now expecting a baby boy, revealed:
‘I’m gonna keep it real: For me, pregnancy is the worst experience of my life! LOL.’
She added:
‘Maybe it’s the swelling, the backaches or just the complete mindf**k of how your body expands and nothing fits.’
