Charlotte Crosby was quick to defend her mum against potential trolls on Celebs Go Dating by declaring: ‘My mum is not a s**g!’

Now, this isn’t normally a phrase uttered by anyone outside the Jeremy Kyle Show, but the former Geordie Shore star was only helping people understand her mum’s support of sex on a first date.

Charlotte asked her mum, Letitia, on the E4 show if she saw love hearts in the eyes or if it was all over-excitement down low, she replied: ‘Yeah we had sex the first night. We’ve been together for 17 years now and married 11… I wanted to rip his clothes off him.’

Quick to not let the comments go unchecked, she jumped in: ‘My mam, happily married for 17 years, is not a s***.’

It’s not all laughs though as Charlotte Crosby has been getting emotional on the show talking about her previous relationship with Gaz Beadle, branding it ‘awful’.

Tearing up on the show, the 26-year-old said: ‘I don’t want to get upset because all I do is cry about it, but it was just awful.’

Jordyn Woods looks incredible in Boohoo.com’s collection and we want it all!

Online retailer Boohoo.com have teamed up with model, social media star and bezzie of Kylie Jenner Jordyn Woods as the face of their latest collection and last night, saw Jordyn work the crowd at a star studded event. Err we hope our invite was only lost in the post Jord?

To celebrate the Jordyn Woods and Boohoo.com collection, which is coming out on the 12^th September (so not long to go ladies!!), Jordyn and her friends, who were wearing some of the collection, danced along to special performances by Trey Songz and hip hop sensation Vic Mensa at the party in America last night.

The event took place at Neuehouse in Hollywood which as unbelievable 360-degree views of the city. The venue was transformed into a studio 54 theme and a giant disco ball to match. I mean, what’s a party if it doesn’t have a disco ball! Am I right!?

The collection which ranges in sizes 8-24 and includes gorgeous party dresses, matching separates for every wardrobe, oversized sweaters and stunning outerwear pieces inspired by Jordyn’s distinctive and contemporary style. Which, we are a bit in love with.

The collaboration is divided into two collections with a ‘back to school’ sporty theme for AW – which we’re all over this season! Think sports luxe and plaid. And for Christmas? No collection would be the same without some glitz and glam!

Kylie Jenner was bursting with pride for her pal over her Snapchat last night and we can’t blame her! If our bestie did something like this, we’d be all over it!

Spoiler alert: better than Jaffa Cakes!

It’s that time of week again, readers – it’s time to discover what happens when a non-baker takes on the Great British Bake Off!

Nipping that inevitable midweek slump right in the bud, GBBO’s second week was full of crumbly goodness, as the 11 bakers entered the tent to find that it was Biscuit Week.

Week 1’s GBBO challenge: When a normal person takes on GBBO’s Jaffa Cakes!

After last week’s initial foray into doing as the bakers do, we couldn’t wait to see what Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood had in store for us to attempt this time…

Viennese Whirls! Complete with homemade jam, the perfect whirl was to have a short crust, have a light golden-brown colour, and taste ‘light’.

Tricky biscuit? Making jam, from SCRATCH?!

However, who are we to turn down a tricky task? Challenge accepted, we said, and with a quick print-out of Mary’s recipe, we were on.

As it turns out, making the jam was the simplest part of the process – who knew that all it entailed was mashing some raspberries together, adding sugar and then boiling?

Then, onto the biscuits. Advice from the Berry herself stated:

‘The actual biscuit itself has very simple ingredients, but they’ve got to get that butter really soft when they beat it with the sugar. Otherwise, it’ll be really tough to pipe.’

We’re proud to say that our unsalted butter was delightfully soft, which made for a good texture for piping. (We’d also like to point out that we probably wouldn’t have known otherwise – we’re novices, after all.)

We even did okay working a piping bag for the first time!

However, the major issue came in with the actual baking of the biscuits. Instead of coming out a light golden brown colour, the first batch came out a little more ‘oven-kissed’:

Like last week, distraction popped up while they were baking. (There seems to be a theme developing.)

Luckily, there was enough mixture left to have a second crack at it – and despite a few crumbles, we were doing okay so far!

Now, to put all the elements together: jam, cream, biscuit. Though a few whirls were sadly lost in the struggle…

…we pulled it together in the end!

Now, for the Now office’s official critique…

Sofia B: Really liked the tangy jam! A very crumbly biscuit, but it melts in the mouth. 9

Alex H: They look the part, but would’ve liked more jam. 8.5

Tom C: Jam on point, mate, complemented the icing perfectly! But the biscuit was too crumbly, perhaps overcooked, which gave it a slightly bitter taste. 7

Sarah B: very buttery, melts in the mouth! Beautiful crumbly texture, but a bit too soft – could’ve done with more time perhaps… 7.5

Lydia M: Crumbly, but very yummy! 9

So in the end, an average score of 8.2/10. Since we got the critique of it being both over AND undercooked at times, perhaps we should be more even with our bake next time.

But, we’ll definitely take that score – 1.8 away from the PERFECT TEN! Maybe next time, huh? They do say third time’s the charm…

The Big Brother star did NOT hold back!

With every season of Big Brother, there is at least one romantic pairing that forms before our very eyes. It seems that within the confines of the CCTV-ed pad, love truly blossoms – this summer alone, we had at least five!

For example: Big Brother gave us Georgina Leigh Cantwell and Jackson Blyton’s unexpected love tale, while mere weeks later Lewis Bloor and Marnie Simpson became ‘Lewnie’ in Celebrity Big Brother.

But of course, there are always those who don’t quite believe that the relationships are genuine – and according to Georgina, Lewnie may not be the real deal…

Catching up with the Kent-based social media pro at Glossybox’s 5th birthday party on Wednesday (31st August), Now discovered that she had quite a defined opinion on ‘showmances’. And while she believes her romance with Jackson couldn’t be further from the term, the same can’t be said for the TOWIE and Geordie Shore stars’.

‘There were pap shots of them before the show, they know each other!’ Georgina exclaimed. ‘She was in the Diary Room, saying “it’s fate, the show’s brought us together” – yeah right! You know each other!’

Oh snap! In Chloe Khan‘s CBB eviction interview, there was a strange allusion made to a Whatsapp group between housemates, prior to the show – but this wasn’t much of a shock to Georgina, who puts it down as a mere example of behind-the-scenes planning.

‘For normal Big Brother, we get taken away for like a week before going into the house,’ she began. ‘They still have their phones a night before the show! I texted Lewis and said “good luck, it’s a head game, don’t let it get to you” – and he still had it the night before!

‘They knew everyone who was going in, and they have the same agents!’

Though she may not be too enchanted by Lewnie‘s love affair, Georgina’s completely enamoured with her model boyf, Jackson, who just surprised her with a trip to Disneyland! Yet it hasn’t all been plain sailing, as she told us frankly:

‘There was a bit of a speedbump with his ex-girlfriend, but I took control of the situation and told him that he had to fully commit to me. He’s 100% in.’

And what’s next for the cutesy couple? Looks like the only way is up – living together, and finally meeting his young son, from a previous relationship.

‘We’re going to look at living together in London. He lives in Nottingham, and I’m in the south-east, so there’s a bit of distance at the moment – but to be fair I’m up there quite a lot.

‘I’ve not met his son yet. That’s the next step. Hopefully soon though, I know he’s desperate for him to meet him, but obviously there’s friction with the ex… But we’re in a really serious relationship, and I’m happy.’

‘Is it on your vagina?!’ yells Charlotte, incredulously. And Stephanie, confirms in a confessional straight after:

‘Yes, I have a tattoo on my vagina! But no-one’s gonna see that, because all my dates have been sh*t – so, we’re good! Moving on…’

‘I was 17! It’s a cross on my vagina,’ Steph expands later, to the shock of fellow contestant, Paisley Billings of Tattoo Fixers. ‘How did I not know this?!’ a surprised Paisley squeals.

As a teenager Victoria went through some tough times

Victoria Beckham might be a success story these days but this definitely wasn’t always the case.

The singer-turned-fashionista has opened up about her heartbreaking insecurities as a teenager in a letter she’s written to her young self and admits in the note that she always struggled with the way she looked when she was an aspiring performer.

‘I know you are struggling right now,’ Victoria, 42, writes in the letter in Vogue magazine. ‘You are not the prettiest, or the thinnest, or the best at dancing at the Laine Theatre Arts college.

‘You have never properly fitted in, although you are sharing your Surrey school digs with really nice girls.

‘You have bad acne. You think the Principal has put you at the back of the end-of-year show (in a humiliatingly bright purple Lycra leotard) because you are too plump to go at the front. (This may or may not be true.)’

Despite the low self-esteem she battled as an 18-year-old, Victoria reassures herself in the letter that things will get better.

She looks back at her various fashion choices over the years (which haven’t all been a success – remember those matching outfits with hubby David?!) and admits that she doesn’t have any regrets about them.

‘You are going to have so much fun with your clothes,’ the former Spice Girl says.

‘PVC catsuits; chokers that say absurd things; weird spiky blonde hair. It will never occur to you that you appear ridiculous. You will turn up at awards ceremonies resembling a drag queen.

‘But I look back at you and smile. It will add interest to your life to go from one extreme to another. I love the fact that you will feel free to express yourself.

‘Fashion will take on added stature one day, but try not to be stifled by it.

‘You will learn, as you mature, to swap heels for Stan Smith trainers, minidresses for crisp white shirts. And you will never be one of those people who just roll out of bed.’

And as for her love life, Victoria has some pretty touching words about the moment she met David in 1997. The pair went on to marry in 1999 and welcome four children together.

She reveals: ’And yes, love at first sight does exist. It will happen to you in the Manchester United players’ lounge – although you will get a little drunk, so exact details are hazy

‘While the other football players stand at the bar drinking with their mates, you will see David standing aside with his family. (He’s not even in the first team at this stage – you are the famous one.) And he has such a cute smile.

‘You, too, are close to your family, and you will think how similar he feels to you. He’s going to ask for your number. (He still has the London-to-Manchester plane ticket on which you wrote it.)’

Lauren's fans encourage her to call the police - but an explanation is soon found

Lauren Goodger caused concern amongst her fans on Thursday after she revealed fears that she might have been the victim of a TV licensing scam.

The reality star raised the alarm on Twitter when she said that she’d given money to someone who came to her house asking her to pay – despite the fact that she said she already had a licence.

‘Man just knocked at my door for TV licence ? I paid there and then is this correct?’ Lauren, 29, asked her fans.

‘But I do actually have one? Does this happen normally’

The TOWIE gal’s revelation was met with concern from her followers and soon the official TV Licensing account got in touch to investigate.

‘Hi Lauren, can you email us the details of this to support@tvlicensing.co.uk so we can look into it for you? Thanks,’ a message from the team read.

Lauren then responded: ‘yes thank you will do now’

The TV star’s 1.34million followers were relieved to hear that this matter was being investigated after expressing worries over what had happened.

Many even encouraged Lauren to contact the police, with one Twitter user writing: ‘if I was u I wd ring police & to licence people & explain what’s happened’

‘That doesn’t sound right I’d report that!’ another added.

Whilst Inquiry Officers may show up at a household if there has been no response to letters from TV Licensing, they would not usually visit if the address is in possession of a licence.

Thankfully it turned out that Lauren HADN’T been scammed and that the visit was all legitimate.

‘Ok so the Man who came to my door was a legit Tv license man!’ the reality star updated her followers on Friday. ‘Thank you @tvlicensing for sorting and finding out for me!No scam done thanku’

This all comes after the laws surrounding the TV licence changed on 1 September, meaning that viewers will now have to pay to watch BBC iPlayer programmes even if it’s not live.

The drama over Lauren’s Tweet isn’t the first time she’s been caught up in a scandal online.

In July the Essex girl was caught out for editing one of her Instagram pictures to make her legs appear thinner, causing her to confess to what she’d done and share the original image instead.

‘#noedit #chillout #allgirlswantslimmerlegs,’ Lauren added to the post.

Aside from Christmas, Great British Bake Off is supposed to be the happiest time of the year. However, contestant Rav Bansal‘s experience might have been ruined after the baker revealed he’d been targeted by racist abuse since appearing on the show.

The 28-year-old revealed on Twitter that, despite only appearing on two episodes of the BBC show, he’d been called a ‘p**i’.

Rav tweeted: ‘So today I was asked ‘Are you the p**i on the not so British bake off?’ Really, in 2016?’

However many fans were quick to send messages of support. One user wrote: ‘Unfortuantely you can’t help some people. Just rise above it as the better person. The Neanderthals are dying out but too slowly’.

Another added: ‘Some people are so ignorant. Hope you’re getting lots of support as well.’

And the GBBO contestants also jumped to defend their new friend. Jane Beedle wrote: ‘I can’t believe that Rav! There are some horrible people out there!’

Michelle Keegan found herself at the centre of fresh rumours about her marriage on Thursday night at the launch of her new TV drama Our Girl.

The actress’s co-star Luke Pasqualino mysteriously pulled out of the event and it’s reported that he chose to skip it to avoid being asked about his close relationship with Michelle.

Despite a spokesperson saying his absence was due to ‘work commitments’, an insider has suggested that 26-year-old Luke doesn’t want to add to the continued speculation about Michelle’s marriage to Mark Wright.

‘Michelle and Luke obviously formed a close bond while being away from home for so long,’ a source tells The Sun.

‘But he just wants to the talk to be about his performances, not face the inevitable questions about his relationship with Michelle.

‘His responses could fuel even more rumours.’

Michelle, 29, was pictured hugging Luke during filming of the series and they’ve also cosied up on social media too.

It looks like Ms Keegan’s character, army medic Corporal Georgie Lane, might enjoy a romance with Luke’s alter ego Elvis Harte in the show and the pair have apparently got great chemistry.

Michelle’s stunt double in the show, Nadine Theron, told Now back in May after filming Our Girl in South Africa: ‘Yes, look, I mean they have a little bit of a scene [a romance] in the series, but I mean, from what I can see they were really good friends and got along really well.

‘The chemistry on set was fantastic and, you know, I think they had chemistry off set, but they were just great friends and nothing more.’

Luke might have been absent from the launch event but Mark was there, even though Michelle was working, and the couple were all smiles when they left together in a taxi.

Michelle also proved that her wedding ring is very much back on by posing with it on display at a photocall.

Rumours about the actress’s marriage to Mark, 29, persist though.

As Now reported this week, Mark was spotted looking pretty cosy with a mystery woman at V Festival last month as he watched Justin Bieber perform.

He cuddled her for an hour during the set and serenaded her with Justin’s tune Company before carrying her on his back to the VIP area afterwards.

Mark has insisted that this was innocent though, calling speculation about the mystery woman ‘absolute nonsense’ on Twitter this week.

Danny Dyer and Joanne Mas are about to seal their love as they tie the knot after more than 20 years together.

So what better time to take a trip down memory lane and retrace their love story from the very beginning (with some cute pictures thrown in for good measure)?

Here’s the story of how Danny and Jo fell in love and weathered the storms to get to their happily ever after…

Danny is growing up in east London when he first meets Jo at the age of 14.

After some troubled times in his childhood following his parents’ split, the youngster has started taking drama classes and this makes him very attractive to Jo.

‘Because he was such a good actor I was like “I need this man,”’ she revealed in 2015.

‘There was a party and I told my friend, “You so need to get me at this party, I need to kiss Danny’. I gatecrashed the party and the rest is history.

‘At 16 he bought an engagement ring – we were just so in love.’

Things move fast for the couple and they’re still teenagers when they welcome their daughter Dani in 1996.

Times are often difficult for the couple, what with Danny being a jobbing actor, so Jo becomes the main breadwinner with her job as a financial adviser.

Soon Danny’s acting career begins to take off, yet the course of true love doesn’t run quite so smoothly and he and Jo end up splitting.

They go on to have other relationships but eventually get back together and welcome a second daughter, Sunnie, in 2007.

Then in 2013 Danny and Jo become parents for a third time when their son Arty arrives.

‘I’ve got three of the terrors now and I’m happy with that,’ Danny says in his 2015 book The World According To Danny Dyer.

There’s even more to celebrate when Danny lands the role of Mick Carter in EastEnders shortly after Arty’s birth.

After many years together, Danny and Jo finally get ready to make things official when Jo proposes to Danny on Valentine’s day 2015 – and he accepts.

Following their happy news the husband and wife-to-be open up about their romance and Danny admits to past indiscretions, something Jo has thankfully forgiven him for.

‘I thought the grass was greener,’ he explains to Hello! magazine. ‘But the grass was horrible and I don’t ever want to go there again.’

Jo adds: ‘It’s been hard but I’ve got over it. When you have children, it isn’t just about me and Danny.

‘I wouldn’t destroy the lives of my babies for something that doesn’t matter.’

The proud pair have plenty to celebrate in the run-up to their wedding, with daughter Dani carving out an acting career of her own.

In August 2016 they enjoy their stag and hen do festivities at V Festival and even a much-publicised spat with some of Mark Wright’s friends isn’t enough to get them down.

Happy Birthday Kady!

Kady McDermott celebrated her 21^st birthday with her Love Island beau Scott Thomas and it looks FAB.

The pair partied at Juju in Chelsea, London, accompanied by a whole host of familiar faces. Not only was she joined by ITV2 co-stars Rykard Jenkins and Terry Walsh – making the whole event a bit of a Love Island reunion – but even Vicky Pattison joined the mix!

And at one point muscle man Rykard gives the Loose Women panellist a cheeky kiss on the lips. Now that’s a romance a lot of people would LOVE to see.

Scott and Kady have been very busy recently. While they HAVE ruled out marriage for the time being, they have just released a joint YouTube channel, which is basically the same thing.

They both need some time chill out after this particularly stressful week anyway. Kady McDermott had his Twitter account hacked – and some naughty pictures were tweeted out to her followers.

Her name was replaced with ‘Heidy Jordan’ and a picture of a lady’s bum from a porn site was replaced with the picture.

Lady C’s new project is based around the renovation of a dilapidated castle that she bought in 2013. Though a ‘bargain’, she bought it in a state of near ruin – and now, she has 10 weeks to get the place ready for the launch party of her new business.

However, when she discovers one of her members of staff taking a moment to speak to the cameramen, she is horrified – because it means that NO-ONE has brought over the cling film she asked for. Perhaps not a massive problem to most people…but Lady C is NOT ‘most people’.

‘I asked for cling film, the cling film is left, I’m left!’ she rages, strutting over to the camera. ‘This is at an end RIGHT NOW.’

‘I WANT MY CLING FILM!’

She continues: I asked for the cling film, but you’re standing there interviewing him while I’m standing there like a god damn fool waiting? I WANT MY CLING FILM!’

Yikes. And this seems to be just a taster of what’s in store for the rest of the series. Elsewhere, the socialite and historian revealed: ‘Believe me – when I’m very surprised, I bawl and squawk. I don’t believe in suffering silently. Everyone will be suffering along with me.’

Meanwhile Jeavon hinted that they’re definitely more than just friends when he shared the same picture and wrote: ‘Date night ’

Ooh-er! This reality show crossover has caused a bit of confusion for fans who’ve been following Celebs Go Dating and it’s kind of given away that nothing comes of Jeavon and Charlotte’s dates.

Malin isn’t fazed by this and even reTweeted a message from a fan reading: ‘I knew I’d seen Javeon somewhere. He’s dating @MalinSaraMakeup! Ruined the ending of Celebs Go Dating abit there for myself #CelebsGoDating’

She’s also poked fun at her fella’s exploits on the show by Tweeting a clip of Charlotte admitting she wasn’t keen on him to begin with.

LOLs. It looks like these two are definitely a thing then, especially given that Malin’s been reTweeting stories calling Jeavon her ‘new man’.

Fans of the former Islander are thrilled to see her looking so happy after her famously tumultuous time in the villa.

Malin coupled up with Terry Walsh during her time on the show and thought they were still an item when she had to leave without him, meaning she was pretty shocked when Tel then had sex with Emma-Jane Woodhams.

A fuming Malin even went back on the show for an angry confrontation with Terry where she accused him of leading her on.

Let’s hope Malin and Jeavon have more success as a couple!

The Genuine Urban Artist insists she's always been a 'G'

She’s a North Weezy native who’s taken The X Factor by storm, and Honey G has got big plans for her music. The ‘Genuine Urban Artist’ – real name Anna Georgette Gilford – has been labeled by some this year’s joke act, but she insists she’s been a ‘G’ from day one.

Speaking exclusively to Now, 34-year-old Honey G explains: ‘I grew up around music and I’ve been making it my whole life. When I was younger I sang blues, rock and roll and jive records and I can play piano and guitar.

‘I never thought I’d be coming out as a rap artist. I’ve always been quite outgoing and popular. I shone through in musical performances and I wasn’t short of friends.’

But life for Honey G could’ve turned out very differently after she became a young county tennis champion at school. She adds: ‘Unfortunately I didn’t go pro and decided to pursue music instead.’

During week one of auditions, Honey G performed Missy Elliott’s Work It – causing some viewers to take to Twitter an suggest she was doing it for a laugh. But the former recruitment agent is letting her success speak for itself.

‘Something I’ve always said is, ‘Don’t player hate, appreciate’,’ Honey G says. ‘I’m the one who made it through that audition, not the haters. They just want to start a ruckus. That’s not what I’m about and I don’t want those people at my party.

‘As long as they keep their distance then that’s fine. I promoted Missy Elliott’s track for a reason – she’s a massive positive female role model and that’s the kind of person I want people to look up to.’

And she’s already planned out how she’ll convince Simon Cowell to give her a record deal – although she’s not pining all of her hopes on TV’s Mr Nasty.

She adds: ‘I might want to play Simon a selection of my music and present myself to him in a professional way. My life is on the line here and I do this all myself. I think I’ve got potential and, even if Simon doesn’t like my stuff, he should at least give me the opportunity to pitch my work to him.

‘If we collaborated we could create the ultimate sound and I would even go commercial for Simon.’

Peter Andre has admitted to feeling ‘shaken up’ after experiencing an earthquake overnight in Greece.

Currently in the village of Fiskardo in Kefalonia, Peter is busy filming his brand new series, A Greek Odyssey – but with an exciting destination came a shocking environmental event as an earthquake disturbed his night’s sleep.

Taking to his Instagram profile on Friday (2nd September), Pete shared his scary ordeal with his fans – and admitted that it ‘freaked him out’ quite a bit…

‘Bit shaken up after last nights earthquake. Freaked me out TBH. But full of energy today…..and coffee @agreekodyssey #agreekodyssey’

Registering at 4.8 on the Richter magnitude scale, the earthquake was on the milder side – but if you’re not used to them, it’s probably quite a frightening experience.

Many of Peter’s loyal fans rushed in to ask whether he was doing okay, and to share well-wishes – however, since he’s smiling with an amazing looking pasta dish in front of him, we reckon he’s doing just fine. Phew!

As well as this new series, Pete’s TV career is furthered by his frequent appearances on Loose Women. However, he’s not given up on music just yet…

Alex and Charlie got married on New Years’ Eve in 2015, in a lavish affair at Cardiff Castle – and less than nine months later, they’re on their way to becoming first-time parents.
