Lorraine Gilles is reportedly filing papers against her ex-employer

The breakup of Mel B and Stephen Belafonte continues to provide shocks.
As well as her claims of abuse at the hands of her estranged husband, Mel’s divorce papers also include the stunning allegation that Stephen had an affair with their children’s former nanny, Lorraine Gilles – and got her pregnant, before she had an abortion.
Both Stephen and Lorraine have strongly denied these claims – and now, Lorraine is said to be taking her refuting of Mel’s words further by suing the Spice Girls star for defamation.

Reported by TMZ, German nanny Lorraine is suing Mel – real name Melanie Brown – as she claims she lied about her in her divorce papers.
In addition to the alleged affair, 36-year-old Mel accused Lorraine and Stephen of extortion, and claimed that Lorraine had possession of up to 15 boxes of hers, filled with items such as her sex tapes, Spice Girls memorabilia and photos of Lorraine and Stephen.
As a result, TMZ reports that a judge has awarded mum-of-three Mel with a restraining order against the nanny, meaning that she is forbidden from coming within 100 feet of her, or harassing her.

Conversely, Lorraine has strongly denied any truth to her former employer’s words; according to the US gossip site, she has submitted evidence that will disprove Mel’s claims.
Furthermore, TMZ claims that police were unable to find anything after they raided the Public Storage facility that the tapes were supposedly being kept in.
Neither Mel nor Stephen have spoken out in response to this new twist in the tale; stay tuned for updates as and when they do.
