Gemma Collins talks about past and present love on TOWIE
Gemma Collins may now be all loved up with a new man, but it wasn’t that long ago that her ex-boyfriend and fellow TOWIE star James ‘Arg’ Argent, broke her down to tears.
Talking about the last series of the ITVBe, Gemma has opened up about one of the toughest episodes. ‘I got very emotional when Arg came round to my flat totally unexpectedly and apologised to me last series,’ she says.
The pair dated on the show, right before Arg admitted himself to rehab for drug problems.
In his apology to Gemma, the 27-year-old confessed that their relationship had just started as he began to fall into a dark place in his life, and since then, he had lots of time to reflect over his past behaviour.
‘I want to say how sorry I am. Looking back on it I shouldn’t have strung you along. I hope you can forgive me and understand,’ Arg said to Gemma.
Can someone pass us that box of tissues please?
The 34-year-old blonde bombshell broke down in tears and told Arg: ‘I’m crying because I’m so happy for you that you’re in this place.’
‘You’ve made my day.’
As well as getting closure, Gemma has since found love after a life with Arg. And it seems that she’s besotted once again with her new man, Seb Graham.
Gemma and the British-Greek millionaire met through mutual friend Jake Hall, and met while at the opening of Cavalli Club earlier on in the week. Since then, they’ve been soaking up the sun in Marbella., while shooting the 15th series of TOWIE.
‘Seb’s a guy who knows how [to] treat women properly, very different to the lower-class guys I’ve dated in the past.’
Guys like fellow TOWIE ex-flames Arg and Rami Hawash? Bit awkward…
‘The GC don’t feel awkward..ever. Bring it on.’
