A nightclub in Scotland made the claims after Megan dropped out of a scheduled PA

Megan Barton-Hanson is said to have cancelled ALL of her scheduled nightclub PAs – less than a week after leaving the Love Island villa.

Nightclub Lourenzos, in Dunfermline, Scotland, made the claim on its official Facebook page after Megan reportedly dropped out of an appearance there.

A statement read: ‘IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT. Management cancellation, Megan Barton. Unfortunately Love Island star Megan Barton has decided to CANCEL ALL personal appearances due to personal reasons.

‘Lourenzos sincerely apologise to everyone who was excited about meeting Megan on Saturday 4^th August but unfortunately the situation is out with our control.’

It added: ‘The good news is that JACK FOWLER will 100% be here next Saturday.’

The news comes after Megan, who left the villa in fourth place with boyfriend Wes Nelson last Sunday, was tipped to net £2m following her appearance on the show.

According to the Daily Star, offers for Megan have been flooding in – from modelling jobs to deals with high street brands and fashion boutiques.

It’s thought the latest batch of Islanders can charge anywhere between £3k and £5k for a nightclub appearance, with Adam Collard reportedly set to earn more than £300k from PAs this year alone.

Megan and Wes have already made huge steps in their relationship since Love Island ended, after he relocated from Staffordshire to live with her in Southend-on-Sea.

Despite Cheryl, 35, smiling for the cameras, fans were quick to point out how slim she looked, with one commenting: ‘She looks ill she needs to go gain weight.’

Another said: ‘She’s so skinny and with that much hair it looks like she’s about to topple over.’

On 1 July, Cheryl revealed on Twitter she was breaking up with Liam, 24, with whom she shares one-year-old son Bear.

She wrote: ‘We are sad to announce that we are going our separate ways. It’s been a tough decision for us to make. We still have so much love for each other as a family. Bear is our world and we ask that you respect his privacy as we navigate our way through this together.’

While Cheryl credits her naturally slim frame to ‘good genes’, after dropping her baby weight almost instantly, this isn’t the first time Cheryl has lost weight after a tough break-up.

In 2010, Cheryl was pictured looking super skinny after her divorce from Ashley Cole.

She later admitted to Vogue  magazine, that she’d gone on a diet after ‘crying’ at not being able to fit into size 28 waist jeans.

And when her marriage 
to French restaurateur, Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, broke down in 2015, 
she worried fans with her frail frame on The X Factor.

Wearing a black two-piece, Cheryl looked noticeably slimmer, leading one harsh fan to label her a ‘bag of bones’ on Twitter.

Court papers later revealed Cheryl blamed Jean-Bernard’s ‘unreasonable behaviour’ for her dramatic weight loss and stress.

Their divorce was finalised in October 2016.

Katie, 40, was back on the award-winning panel show for the first time in six months, after taking a break as she goes through a divorce from third husband Kieran Hayler.

She appeared as a guest, with her new toyboy, Kris Boyson, 29, sat in the audience, but Now has been told the former glamour model was such a nightmare backstage that producers are now questioning whether 
to take her back full time.

‘It looked like Katie gatecrashed the production meeting, which is only usually for panellists – she was a guest that day,’ our insider revealed. ‘It seemed to be a real headache for

‘Not only did Katie bring her camera crew, but she also 
had an entourage of friends 
and boyfriend Kris with her. 
Bunny was running wild and 
it seemed nobody was really trying to control her while 
Katie was on the panel.’

Although Loose Women 
is known for its strong female hosts, could Katie’s drama be 
too much even for them?

‘It definitely seemed like the producers were not impressed with Katie’s behaviour and it might have raised eyebrows over her future on the show,’ the source concluded.

This will likely be a devastating blow for 
Pricey, considering she’s reported to have mounting debts and is even thinking about selling her Sussex mansion in a desperate bid 
to sort out her finances.

Katie revealed she was taking a break from Loose Women in January, as the stress of her mum Amy’s terminal lung condition and discovering that Kieran, 31, had cheated again got too much for her.

She said at the time: ‘For ages, a lot of things were building up. 
I went to my doctor to talk about it. I was embarrassed, I thought 
I didn’t need to go to the doctor.’

Admitting that she wasn’t in 
a good way when he first met her, personal trainer Kris said from the Loose Women audience: ‘She looks totally different. When I met her, I said that 
she looks too skinny, ill and 
old. I said to her: “You need 
to start training”.’

Viewers flocked to Twitter during the programme to accuse the show of ‘humiliating’ Georgia Steel, who was arguably one of the most talked-about stars of the series.

During the reunion Caroline Flack awkwardly brought up Georgia’s feud with Megan Barton Hanson, with Megan having called her a ‘fake b**ch’ soon after entering the villa.

Flackers asked 20-year-old Georgia – who was seated in the audience with boyfriend Sam Bird – how she now feels about Megan and the drama student replied: ‘That’s OK bae, no need to worry darling.’

She then took a sip of her drink before a slightly awkward silence.

Later on in the show Caroline joked about Georgia being ‘loyal’ when she quizzed her on rumours that she’s left the Love Island WhatsApp group, something she denied as she claimed that Adam Collard ‘removed’ her from it.

Soon afterwards she was forced to relive the painful moment where original love interest Josh Denzel ditched her for Kazimir Crossley at Casa Amor.

And it didn’t end there as Georgia found herself being talked about again when Laura Anderson had to discuss THAT kiss with Jack Fowler and Ms Steel ended up apologising for it whilst the rest of the audience jeered.

Oh, and she was also given an award for being ‘loyal’ as well as one for ‘muggiest moment’ for the Jack snog.

All of this left many viewers feeling a bit uncomfortable and many accused the show of treating Georgia unfairly.

‘Honestly think the way Georgia is acting tonight is a front because of how the other islanders treat her. Absolutely awful how isolated she is,’ one fan tweeted, whilst another wrote: ‘Anyone else find it proper cringe that they are purposely humiliating and bullying a 20 years old on national tv?’

And one added: ‘I really wish they would leave Georgia alone now.. it’s so not funny and constantly embarrassing and villainizing her in a room full of people and cameras is not cool’

However, others didn’t share that view and criticised Georgia’s behaviour.

‘Georgia isn’t coming across well,’ one posted.

Another agreed: ‘CANNOT STAND GEORGIA AND HER CONDESCENDING AND STUBBORN WAYS.’

The singer was hospitalised last month following the shock incident

Demi Lovato has emotionally broken her silence almost two weeks after she was rushed to hospital following a suspected drug overdose.

The singer posted a heartfelt statement on Instagram last night in which she spoke of how she continues to fight a battle with ‘addiction’ and thanked fans for supporting her through such a tough time.

‘I have always been transparent about my journey with addiction,’ Demi, 25, wrote in the note. ‘What I’ve learned is that this illness is not something that disappears or fades with time. It is something I must continue to overcome and have not done yet.

‘I want to thank God for keeping me alive and well. To my fans, I am forever grateful for all of your love and support throughout this past week and beyond. Your positive thoughts and prayers have helped me navigate through this difficult time.’

Demi also paid tribute to her family and team as well as the medical staff who have treated her, without whom she said she ‘wouldn’t be here writing this letter’.

Now the music star plans to focus on her journey to recovery.

‘I now need time to heal and focus on my sobriety and road to recovery,’ she explained. ‘The love you have all shown will never be forgotten and I look forward to the day where I can say I came out on the other side. I will keep fighting.’

Fans have showed their support for Demi following her statement and flooded the comments section with messages wishing her well.

Demi was allegedly found unconscious at her home in Los Angeles on 24 July and treated with an anti-overdose medicine at the scene before being rushed to hospital.

The Camp Rock star has always been open about her struggles with addiction and recently admitted in her latest single Sober that she’d relapsed after six years without drink and drugs.

In the track she sings: ‘he sings: ‘Mommy, I’m so sorry I’m not sober anymore. And daddy please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor.

‘I’m sorry that I’m here again, I promise I’ll get help/It wasn’t my intention, I’m sorry to myself.’

Many followers were quick to share their excitement at seeing 42-year-old Ant again, with one commenting: ‘Great to see Ant out and about. Love him. He still has time for his fans after all he’s been through.’

‘Aww. So lovely to see him. He looks great,’ another said.

However, some expressed concern for his appearance.

The fan who took the photo said that he seemed well though and explained that he was walking his dog in Wimbledon when she met him.

It comes amid recent talk about when Ant might return to our screens, with ITV chief executive Carolyn McCall revealing that he will be back at some point in the future.

‘So, we wish Ant well, clearly he won’t come back a moment too soon,’ she told ITV News last month. ‘So I mean, he will come back when he’s well and and when he is ready to come back and ITV will not be putting him under any pressure to come back unless he’s well and fit enough to come back.’

Ant stepped back from his telly commitments earlier this year after he was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving in March following a car crash in London, leaving Declan Donnelly to host their shows alone.

In April he pleaded guilty and as a result was fined £86,000 and given a 20-month driving ban.

Ant has also been going through a split from wife Lisa Armstrong which was announced back in January.

And whilst the TV star was out with their dog Hurley over the weekend, Lisa seemed in high spirits as she helped a friend to celebrate their wedding.

The happy couple were pictured having a whale of a time over the weekend as they spent a day at the beach with three of Katie’s children: Harvey, 16, Jett, four and little Bunny – who turned four-years-old on Saturday.

Love Island couple Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham might have only just won the show but fans were left fearing for their romance this morning when Dani appeared on Good Morning Britain alone.

The 21-year-old joined hosts Kate Garraway and Ranvir Singh for a chat by herself and this prompted Kate to ask where her fella was.

‘Why isn’t Jack here now? People will be tuning in thinking, “what has gone wrong?”’ the host said, prompting Dani to admit: ‘I don’t know why we’re not together. I think he is on the show tomorrow. I think he is bed, he is a little bit tired this morning.’

The lovebirds were boogying at the Love Island reunion party last night, after all.

However, the fact that Dani and Jack, 26, would be appearing separately on the programme left some fans pretty worried.

‘No Jack with Dani on #gmb Trouble in paradise??’ one Twitter user said, whilst another wrote: ‘Where is Jack??’

And one added: ‘Why have they got Dani Dyer on today and Jack on tomorrow on #gmb ? Why are they being kept separate when they’ve just won the show? Suspicious…’

Meanwhile another admirer posted: ‘Really baffled why they are on separate days ! Love @danidyerxx and @jack_charlesf . We want to see them TOGETHER’

Others were quick to argue that there’s nothing to fret about though and pointed out that the couple are perfectly entitled to do things by themselves.

‘Why are people already trying to say @Dani_MasDyer and @jack_charlesf have broken up because she made a SOLO appearance this morning – Jesus have a day off,’ one Twitter user stated.

Another agreed: ‘There not joined at the hip they can do things on there own without people jumping to conclusions about there relationship status’

It comes after Dani’s famous dad Danny Dyer revealed that he doesn’t think his daughter and her new boyfriend should become a ‘double act’.

‘There are going to be some very exciting projects coming up for her,’ the actor told The Mirror. ‘They have to live their own lives, I don’t think they should come out as a double act.

‘They are a double act, but it hasn’t lasted too well for previous contestants to go, “Oh let’s be a double act”. They haven’t lasted four months, have they?’

But despite this, Dani made it clear this morning that she’s as smitten as ever with Jack.

The reality star posted a snap of them kissing and wrote: ‘My everything and more @jack_charlesf ’

When Megs appeared on the ITV special to chat all things love with boyfriend Wes Nelson, fans were left distracted by her dramatic new look, while some even compared her to a certain reality star.

With her hair loosely waved and some striking red lippy on, many viewers mistook the blonde bombshell to fellow Essex lady Chloe Sims. And to be honest, we can see where they’re coming from…

Taking to Twitter, one confused fan wrote: ‘I have always loved Megan, but why and what did she do to her face? She looks like Chloe Sims from TOWIE  #LoveIslandReunion #LoveIsland’.

While another asked: ‘Why’s Megan morphed into Chloe Sims? #LoveIslandReunion’.

They weren’t the only ones to notice.

Meanwhile, Megan faced a pretty awkward encounter with former co-star Georgia during the show when Caroline, 37, asked why the pair didn’t get on.

Defending her comments, the model said: ‘I just didn’t get it. I’m very introverted and shy and I think Georgia is very extroverted and everything is like, ‘Oh my god, boo, how are you? Is everything alright?!’ Everything is like massive.

‘So it’s not like I didn’t like it, I just didn’t get it. I’ve never been around that kind of person before.’

When 20-year-old Georgia was then asked how she felt about Megan, she frostily replied: ‘That’s ok boo. No need to worry darling!’, before taking a big swig of champagne.

The show just keeps getting bigger and better

It’s only been off our TV screens for one week and people are already desperate for Love Island to return. But, when it does, it might not be coming back to its ITV2 home…

Say what?!

According to a TV insider, the show’s huge success has caused ‘tensions’ to ‘run high’ between bosses of both stations, as ITV2 fight to save the show from being taken by ITV1 – who are keen to steal it because of it’s massive viewing figures.

A whopping 3.6 million viewers tuned into the Love Island final this year to watch Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham scoop the £50,000 prize money, compared to 2.6 million last year. So it’s no surprise the show’s future is up for discussion.

While nothing has been confirmed about the proposed changes, ITV executive Kevin Lygo played down the rumours when similar reports surfaced last year.

Explaining that the two channels attract very different viewers – think Coronation Street and Loose Women versus Love Island and Celebrity Juice – Kevin joked that ‘old people would die’ if the sexy show moved to ITV1.

Although it’s unclear which channel we’ll be tuning into next year, one thing is for certain and that’s the fact that Love Island will be on our TV screens for many years to come.

Now in its fourth series since the show’s reboot in 2015, its popularity seems to know no bounds, which means it could ‘go on for years,’ according to ITV2 boss Angela Jain.

‘It is a show that will evolve and live and breathe,’ she revealed. ‘My hope is that it is going to be on telly for the next five years. So who knows where it will go.’

Luckily, it looks like the notorious hardman is more than happy with the latest addition to the Dyers, as he’s brought back a special gift for his future son-in-law from his holiday.

Showing off the present from her old man, 22-year-old Dani shared a snap of a basketball jersey and a Mickey Mouse keyring on her Instagram Stories.

‘Your new presents from me mother and pop @jack_charlesf, welcome to the family’, she sweetly wrote next to the photo.

This comes after 41-year-old Danny jetted back from a family holiday to Florida with his wife Joanne Mas and their two younger children today.

After two months apart, we’re sure the actor is over the moon to be reunited with his daughter and finally meet her new boyfriend.

Meanwhile, Dani revealed on Good Morning Britain today that her parents have already been texting 26-year-old Jack and even had chats on the phone.

Speaking to hosts Kate Garraway and Ranvir Singh, the Love Island winner said: ‘My dad’s a big softie really and I think he knows how happy I am with Jack. I think he just wants to advise him and be there for him as well…

‘They’ve spoken on the phone … You always panic, thinking “Does my dad like him?” He loves him and he texted him saying ‘Love ya’. It’s nice, it’s really nice. He is a softie.’

Dani then opened up about meeting her other half’s family, admitting they welcomed her in with open arms.

‘I couldn’t have wished for anything more, they were so welcoming to me,’ she said.

‘They said, “You are the part that was missing in our family”. I haven’t done that in years to be with a family and feel like I was a part of them.’

According to The Sun, the pair followed each other on social media before Sunday night’s show, but now aren’t  following each other on Instagram or Twitter.

Meanwhile, Megan recently admitted that her former career as a stripper played a part in why she didn’t have close girlfriends before she entered Villa.

Speaking to Caroline, 37, she said: ‘I think obviously my job and as dancer, I had never been around that environment. I was naive. I done it so close to home and they all started commenting.

‘To distance myself from the negative comments I was friends with boys. There’s no commentary…’

The offers must be flooding in!

Love Island contestant Dr Alex George is set to make a six-figure sum by being the new face of a government STI campaign, it has been reported.

Yep, you read that right!

The hunky doctor, 27, left the match-making villa just days before the final after spending almost eight weeks on the ITV2 show.

Unfortunately, Dr Alex didn’t find love in Spain but he did enjoy a very brief romance with Alexandra Crane, 27.

His medical knowledge, paired with his good looks and outlook on sexual relationships has made him the perfect poster boy for Public Health England’s new campaign that educates teenagers on the dangers of unsafe sex and STI’s like chlamydia and gonorrhoea.

A source told The Sun: ‘Dani and Jack won the series, but Dr Alex may yet prove to be the biggest winner of all as medical firms and organisations have been queuing up and fighting to hire him.

‘There is massive money in the medical business and many healthcare and pharmaceuticals firms want to work with him, as well as the authorities who are already planning this huge campaign.

‘He proved on the show that he isn’t reckless in his approach to sex, and that’s a message Public Health England want him to promote to young people who might listen to him now he’s been on Love Island.

‘STIs might not be the sexiest subject matter, but it’s a huge deal for him as well as being a worthwhile cause,’ the insider added.

Before jetting off to Mallorca to start filming the show, Alex was working on a zero hour contract at University Hospital Lewisham in South East London, allowing him to take the time off to find love.

In an interview with The Sun he said: ‘I absolutely love my job, I’ve worked since the age of 13 to get here and I go to work every day and I genuinely enjoy it.

‘I would probably go back and do it part time, if I could mix it with TV work I would. I think there’s probably room for a new TV doctor!’

Peter Andre has jetted off with wife Emily for a romantic break to his native Cyprus and couldn’t resist giving fans an insight with some adorable photos.

The singer cuddled up to his other half yesterday as they visited Larnaca Salt Lake, which is the largest lake in Cyprus and is an area of natural beauty.

The dad-of-four also shared a snap of Emily as she stood on the sand whilst soaking up the atmosphere.

Pete’s fans loved the stunning pictures and many praised the couple for being, well, couple goals.

Pete and his family have been staying in a luxury villa during the visit to Cyprus and it looks like they’ve been having a ball.

It comes after Pete and doctor Emily revealed last week that they’d been filming an upcoming segment for ITV’s Lorraine all about Greek food.

Meanwhile it was recently claimed that Pete apparently wants to help ex-wife Katie Price to ‘return to the best version of herself’ as she reportedly battles financial issues as well as going through a split from husband Kieran Hayler.

‘Pete has been very supportive to Kate and he wants her to be the best that she can be,’ a source told the Daily Record. ‘They go through their ups and downs but he is trying to help her.’

Katie, 40, and Pete were married from 2005 until 2009 and share son Junior, 13, and daughter Princess, 11.

Pete went on to wed Emily in 2015 and they are parents to Amelia, 4, and Theo, 21 months.
