The Atomic Kitten has opened up about the special day

In the weeks since they announced the end of their engagement, Natasha Hamilton and Ritchie Neville have been nothing but amicable. For example – when Natasha was stuck in hospital in March, she thanked Ritchie for taking care of her…lovely.

Basically, they’ve been one of the rare broken-up couples that have really stayed friends afterwards.

However, the Atomic Kitten singer has now revealed a potential bump in their cordial relationship – as he chose not to attend their daughter’s christening.

The singer and Celebrity Big Brother star spoke out about Ritchie’s non-attendance: ‘Obviously I’m really disappointed,’ she told OK! magazine. ‘Of course he was invited but he chose not to come. I did feel emotional about this but that was his choice and he has his reasons.’

Natasha and Ritchie, who reconnected after filming ITV2’s The Big Reunion in 2013, welcomed daughter Ella in September 2014. Though he proposed during a holiday in Italy in October 2015, six months later they announced that their nuptials were off – breaking the hearts of Noughties fangirls everywhere.

Despite their breakup, they still live together, and Natasha has confirmed that ‘he’s very much still part of Ella’s day to day life.’

But when asked if she knew exactly why he chose not to partake in Ella’s christening, Natasha was just as in the dark as the rest of us: ‘I don’t know why he decided not to come. It is disappointing. But we went ahead with the christening and had a lovely day.’

And it sounds like it – the intimate ceremony, at St Chad’s Church in Cheshire, was only attended by Natasha’s closest friends and family members. Despite Ritchie missing out, we have no doubt they’ll be on 100% good terms in no time!

Then we found out…

As it turns out, the Micheal family isn’t just mum Carolyne, dad Andrew and the kids Louis and Alex – and in fact Alex and Louis have a SISTER who looks so much like Alex it’s uncanny!! *cue gasps*

And it turns out that Alex’s sister Katie (her full name is Catheryne), who are 18 months apart, is swapped in and out for Alex when she can’t make it. Crafty. Now we’re just left wondering how many times the two swapped without us even noticing!

We weren’t the only one’s who found this a little odd, Twitter did too…

Shockingly, that’s not even the whole Michael family, as there’s also Pascal – who made a very brief appearance in series 2, but he’s now studying Neuroscience at Aberdeen, so we doubt we’ll see him being swapped with Louis anytime soon.

Phew. This is too much for us.

Uh oh, here comes trouble?

Uh oh, as the Geordie Shore: Big Birthday Battle draws closer, one thing’s for sure – it will be one of the most explosive series yet! Especially with Ricci Guarnaccio returning, can we expect even more of his classic fireworks?

Last time Ricci was in the house he was in a relationship with Queen of the Jungle Vicky Pattison, and the two series they shared saw them engage in arguments that would make warring nations blush.

But he’s back for the five-year reunion special… and he might be a little more tame than last time. The 29-year-old claims he has some ‘unfinished business’ because he only appeared on the show in a relationship.

The Geordie hunk said: ‘Buzzin’ to be single with the lads, I’ve missed me some Geordie lasses!’

And that particular Geordie lass is one of the only castmates not to return for the reunion. Vicky seems to be too busy with her commitments in the South (new house, Loose Women, being a national treasure).

It also looks like he’s coming back this time with no mind to argue: ‘I had probably the worst relationship in the house last time and didn’t really enjoy any of my time in there, so was good to go back and see some old faces and have fun.’

The Geordie Shore: Big Birthday Battle will see old housemates like series favourite Jay and James face off against the existing housemates in a series of challenges, as well as all the standard Geordie Shore getting drunk palavar.

Well we are definitely excited to see what Ricci can bring to the table, especially without having to scream in Vicky Pattison’s face every episode.

The Pricey's suffered an unfortunate tanning incident

Katie Price has never been shy at owning up to work she’s had done – in fact, she’s so upfront with her procedures that she’s currently selling some interesting mementos from her previous career as glamour model ‘Jordan’…

However, one of her latest beauty exploits has left her a little sore, as Katie’s admitted that after one of her recent lip augmentations, she suffered some burns from being on the sunbed!

The mum-trepreneur and TV star appeared on Loose Women on Tuesday, for her usual slot as a panellist. At one point, conversation turned toward her unusual hairstyle – two large messy buns at the top of her head. (We think it looked rather cute, but fellow panellist Janet Street-Porter likened Katie to a certain cartoon mouse…)

After Coleen Nolan chimed in to tell her that she looked ‘really rough’ before having her makeup done earlier – ouch! – Katie drew attention to the uncomfortable-looking scabs on her lips.

‘I burned my lips on the sunbed, which isn’t good, but they’ve covered it up well,’ she explained.

She then revealed: ‘I got some stuff in my lips last Wednesday, which you can see on my app soon, and I’m going to have some more put in tomorrow.’

However, after the show Katie found herself having to hit out at some unflattering pictures posted while she wasn’t wearing makeup, revealing that she’s also battling cold sores: ‘Isn’t it funny paps always use weird angles to make you look weird and yes I have a cold sore wow that’s big news as nobody ever gets them …dicks’.

Finally, she followed up by posting a close-up shot of her lips, to get ahead of further comments:

‘Sorry paps you didn’t get that close I beat you too it’ (sic), she captioned the ‘mouthy’ post.

And happily for Katie, many of her fans have supported her choice to show her sore lips – ‘Legend! Rock those cold sores!’ remarked one follower.

Good on Katie for standing up for herself – we just hope she keeps her lips sun-protected when she next tans…

Marty tries to tash on with Chantelle Connelly - and Scott's having none of it

As such a cornerstone of British culture and entertainment, Geordie Shore and its in-show shenanigans are well-known to us all: drinking, partying, fighting and a lot of saucy, under-the-sheets action.

So for any new character to make a real impression, it’s essential to satisfy all of the aforementioned criteria – and the newest recruit, Marty McKenna, has managed to do exactly that, all in his first episode!

Scenes from Tuesday night’s edition of the raucous reality sees Marty settling into the Newcastle house just fine – and as an initiation, the house makes a trip to the club.

It seems as if he’s found his kindred spirit in Chloe Ferry, who can get just as sozzled, and just as, erm, *amorous* as he does…

‘Me and Marty are necking on – and he’s even licking my nipple!’ says Chloe, soon afterward, before they return home and head straight for the Shag Pad.

So far, a great start for Marty.

However, trouble soon arises – on another occasion, he turns his attention to fellow newbie, Chantelle Connelly. Since she’s been ‘seeing’ Scotty T while in the house, she rejects his advances.

But does Marty let that stop him? Of course not – so he perseveres, telling Chantelle some upsetting things he’s heard Scotty say about her. ‘He said to me, if you didn’t shag him tonight, he’s gonna f*ck you off tomorrow…all he wants is a f*ck!’ he reveals.

Oh dear.

Immediately, Chantelle rushes off to confront Scotty – dear Marty looks as if he’s made a big mistake…

It’s safe to say, she’s not best pleased with what she’s heard, and an innocent beer pays the price:

As Marty’s absolutely violated the Geordie Guy Code, neither Scotty, nor Gaz, is impressed – and things get very heated, very quickly…

Despite being loved-up with 32-year-old Calvin – real name Adam Wiles – right now, Taylor also admits during the footage that gossip about her tumultuous love life in the past has upset her.

The Blank Space star has famously dated several famous fellas, including One Direction’s Harry Styles, Jake Gyllenhaal and John Mayer.

When asked what advice she’d give to her 19-year-old self, Taylor wasn’t afraid to say that she thinks the attention surrounding her romantic history has been unfair.

‘You’re going to date like a normal 20 year-old should be allowed to, but you’re going to be a national lightning rod for slut-shaming,’ she tells the camera.

Tay also heartbreakingly says that her ‘insecurities’ are the one thing she still has from her childhood.

It certainly makes for an interesting video. Taylor not only makes very honest confessions like these ones but also gives us a sneaky peak at her cosy home.

The music star shows fans the room where she writes her songs and then reveals her kitchen, where rather bizarrely she keeps one of her VMAs beside her coffee machine. As you do.

Then it’s into the back garden and back into the lounge, which features A LOT of cat stuff.

Oh, and rather cutely we discover that Taylor has just conquered one of her biggest fears.

When asked what she’s always wanted to do but has been to scared to, she replies: ‘Coachella’

Which, in case you missed it, Taylor has been rocking out at this week with bleached blonde hair and a whole lot of love for boyfriend Calvin who performed at the festival.

In fact they’re pining for each other more than ever and former Union J star George posted a heartbreaking message for his friends on Twitter last night.

‘I miss Vicky and Ferne,’ the star told his followers. Pass us the tissues, someone, we’re welling up!

Vicky and Ferne both reacted in the cutest way to George’s confession and it’s making us even more emotional.

We’re relieved to hear that these three are still all about the love five months on from their time in the jungle, where Vicky just beat George and Ferne to be crowned winner.

The pals even talked about getting separation anxiety when their time together came to an end on the programme and they had to go back to everyday life.

It’s perhaps unsurprising that they’ve struggled to find time to see each other since then though as all three have had some huge career successes.

Vicky is, well, everywhere and her ventures include a role on Loose Women, new books and clothing and all sorts of exciting things.

Ferne has become a showbiz reporter on This Morning and recently impressed critics with her performance in the stage show Gatsby.

Meanwhile George left Union J and threw himself into presenting, having become a part of the Capital FM breakfast show team.

The pair visited Pinewood Studios on the 19 April, where most of the new Star Wars movies are filmed. Other than fully committing to a lightsaber duel – with one man even worried that the brothers are fighting for the fate of the country…

… They also got to do other amazing things like talk to the Luke Skywalker, Mark Hamill and meet the equally adorable and awesome BB-8 droid (the one with the ball).

Prince William even hugged Chewbacca. Everyone wants to hug Chewbacca. Just look at the big guy.

The pictures also give us a bit of an insight into new leads John Boyega (Finn) and Daisy Ridley (Rey), who are now totally besties. Look at them be excited about meeting the royals.

Zoella fans have been left in shock after a rumour circulated online that the YouTuber star has tragically died in a car crash.

Her 7.8 million Instagram followers have been sharing their confusion and condolences on her public profile, as the rumour continues to spread across social media. ‘Zoella I can’t describe how much I love you,’ one fan wrote. ‘I am so sorry you were killed in that car accident.’

Another user added: ‘ZOELLA IF YOUR READING THIS FROM HEAVEN. I JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT YOU BOOK HELPED ME WITH MY DEPRESSON AND YOUR VIDEOS SAVED MY LIFE. As the confusion continued, Zoella took to Twitter to silence the rumours. ‘The 26-year-old web celeb wrote: ‘Just dreamt I was in strictly come dancing & was down to the last 3 but never knew what I was doing until the last minute. stressful haha.’

The blogger turned best selling author hasn’t had the easiest time since hitting the spotlight. After being slammed as ‘reckless’ by the metropolitan police and ridiculed for using a ghost writer on her debut novel, Girl Online; the Brighton based social influencer hasn’t let any of this bring her down.

Most recently she weighed in on the body shaming dabate by sharing a positive message with all her young fans. Alongside a bikini picture, she wrote: ‘‘That time I grew boobs before anything else and hated it. All bodies are beautiful. Wish I’d known that aged 14!’

The former X Factor judge is hoping to wipe the slate clean and begin the new chapter in her life as Just Cheryl.

‘Cheryl wants to wipe the slate clean and start afresh with a new name, now the divorce is going through,’ a source told The Mirror.

Kourtney happily showed of her very shapely behind in a revealing swimsuit after taking a dip in a hot tub and it’s got us like WOW.

The TV star, who posted the cheeky snap from her trip to Iceland, jokingly captioned the shot: ‘Eski-ho’

It certainly caught the attention of her 38 million followers, many of whom were bowled over by Kourt’s toned tush.

So what we’re dying to know is how exactly did Kourtney get such a pert butt? Through a pretty tough exercise regime, that’s how!

The TV star – who has kids Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 16 months, from her relationship with Scott Disick – has been working out a lot over the past few months and often shares pictures from her fitness sessions on Instagram.

Kourtney can credit personal trainer Don Brooks with helping her get into shape with some pretty gruelling exercises.

Just a couple of weeks ago the mum-of-three posted a photo as she worked out and wrote of the fitness guru: ‘He kills me.’ OUCH.

Last summer Kourtney revealed a secret to her motivation in the gym is having a workout buddy to get sweaty with.

‘I’ve been working out with a trainer, and having somebody else to work out with really helps motivate me,’ she told Harper’s Bazaar.

‘Some days Khloé [Kardashian] will join me…just setting that trainer session and knowing I’m not going to flake. I also try to eat really clean and at home as much as I can.’

Ah yes, the diet. Kourt reportedly follows a largely organic and gluten-free eating plan, though the good thing to know is that she definitely allows herself a little treat every now and then.

The reality star attended model Chrissy Teigen’s baby shower last month and joined guests in munching on McDonald’s food – now THAT we can get on board with!

When a hero comes along...

Whoever said ‘no good deed ever goes unpunished’ clearly has never come across real life superhero Chris Hemsworth.

After 17-year-old Tristin Budzyn-Barker found the actor’s cash-filled wallet in a restaurant, he actually did the right thing: he returned it with everything inside.

And it looks like it was one of the best decisions the young man ever made.

The actor, who plays Thor in Disney’s Marvel movies, explained on The Ellen DeGeneres show: ‘I went to pick up my wife and daughter from the airport and we were a little early so were killing some time and went to have something to eat.

‘It was a pretty rough little area and we sat down and I left my wallet on the table, and thought, “I’m never going to get it back, I’m never going to see it again.”

‘My business manager contacts me because it’s my address on my licence, and this letter from this young boy which we have here today, and he’s found my wallet.’

Along with the entire contents of Chris’ wallet, the young student attached a letter asking only for tickets to his appearance on Ellen’s show.

But he got a little bit more than that.

Along with ALL the money he returned to Chris (and quite a bit more), the dad-of-three gave him a letter of recommendation to help him become an Eagle Scout.

He got a letter of recommendation from Thor. If that doesn’t make him worthy, nothing will.

Then Ellen gives him £10,000 to go towards his college (university) fund.

So there are real heroes. Faith in humanity is fully restored.

Redwater will feature some big acting names and a fascinating plot

EastEnders spin-off Redwater hasn’t even aired yet but it’s already impressed enough to land a series extension – AND a primetime slot.

The show, which follows soap favourites Kat and Alfie Moon as they travel to Ireland in search of Kat’s long-lost son, was originally supposed to be a one-off six-part project.

Ross Kemp reveals EastEnders comeback fears

But BBC bosses are apparently so thrilled with how filming is going that they’ve decided to extend the programme past the six episodes first planned and have even given it the 9pm viewing slot.

‘Everyone thought Redwater would be just a one-off, but plans are being drawn up for it to return once the six episodes are done,’ a source says.

‘There are high hopes that it will become a brilliant new long-running series.’

Ooh, how exciting! Alongside Jessie Wallace and Shane Richie, who play lovable Kat and Alfie, the programme has attracted a host of stellar acting talent.

Several Irish and Northern Irish stars are appearing in the show, including former Downton Abbey star Maria Doyle Kennedy, Game Of Thrones’ Ian McElhinney and Angeline Ball, who’s appeared in Shameless and My Girl 2.

And it sounds like the characters they play will be just as interesting as Kat and Alfie.

The insider tells The Sun: ‘Apart from Kat and Alfie there are numerous characters living in this lovely village who all have stories to tell.’

We can’t wait! Redwater is a small harbour village in Ireland, which will be quite the contrast for the Moons after so many years in London’s Albert Square.

In their search for Kat’s son the couple will apparently unearth secrets kept by the residents of the town and it all sounds pretty juicy.

EastEnders executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins says: ‘It was our intention from the start to create a new contemporary ensemble drama set in Ireland and we are so thrilled and lucky to have such a talented team on board for Redwater.

‘We all know that we are creating something that is going to be very special.’

Writing to her 2.78 million followers on Twitter, the Geordie Shore star has declared: ‘I would like to stop the confusion, I’m single, I have been for a year. Mrs SINGLE Crosby being all single and stuff.’

So is this really the end of Gaz Beadle and Charlotte Crosby, the Geordie Shore golden couple? Didn’t everyone SEE them on GS last night? The chemistry was unstoppable.

The TV star surprises her Loose Women colleagues with her confession

Vicky Pattison might have a lot of things to smile about right now but admits that her weight is still very much on her mind.

The reality star confessed during a chat on Loose Women today that, after slimming down from a size 16 to a size 8, she has to maintain her slender figure to remain in high spirits.

‘My weight is directly correlated to my happiness,’ Vicky, 28, told fellow panellists Ruth Langsford, Coleen Nolan and Jane Moore.

‘I like my body at a size 8. When I’m getting towards a 10 or 12, I think, “Pull your socks up, time to get to the gym.”’

Vicky’s slim ideal size surprised her LW colleagues, particularly Coleen who has famously battled with her weight.

But the former Geordie Shore star was quick to stress that, whilst she feels good at a size 8, being slimmer doesn’t necessarily equal complete happiness.

‘I’m not only happy when small,’ she explained, admitting that focusing too much on weight means a person can become ‘obsessive’ and end up not living their life to the full.

It’s clear though that striking the balance between staying her perfect size and continuing to do what she loves can at times be quite tough for Vicky.

‘It’s really hard to maintain looking good but also doing what you want to do,’ the Newcastle lass confessed.

Vicky’s honest discussion of her weight battles came as part of a chat about fellow reality star Chanelle Hayes, who has recently said that she’s still happy despite gaining 6st.

Her body confidence was praised by Vicky, who said: ‘Fair play to Chanelle, I love her. She looks great. As long as she’s happy, I’m happy.’

As for Vicky’s own body confessions, viewers were impressed with her honesty in talking about being her ideal size.

‘How nice to hear a celebrity say their weight correlates to their happiness & not be ashamed. It is a thing,’ one fan Tweeted, whilst another wrote: ‘You are absolutely brilliant !! Honest level headed bird !!’
