Justin Bieber's messing her BFF around and a 'plastic reality star' is badmouthing Calvin: Taylor Swift is so mad right now…

There’s no way we’d want to be on the wrong side of Taylor Swift. As
one of the most influential women in Hollywood, she’s got more power in one of her tiny manicured fingers than most people will have in their entire lives. When someone crosses Taylor, 26, or her friends, she won’t stand for it, and Now can reveal she’s on the warpath again.

At the iHeartRadio Awards at The Forum in LA on 3 April, Taylor’s first target was Justin Bieber, 22 – who Now revealed last week had finally managed to win back his ex-girlfriend, and Taylor’s BFF, Selena Gomez.

Sitting next to Selena, 23, and her boyfriend Calvin Harris, 32, Taylor couldn’t hide her feelings every time Justin was mentioned. She stared vacantly around the room during his performance of  Company, and clapped for the briefest of moments when he finished. To add insult, Tay refused to applaud after his followers won the Best Fan Army award. ‘Taylor thinks Justin is bad news,’ an insider tells Now. ‘Selena was clapping like mad and was beaming at Justin but Taylor looked furious. She thinks Selena is crazy for even considering taking him back. She’ll stand by Selena because she’s her friend, but there’s no way she’ll be two- faced and be nice about him.’

Next on Taylor’s hit list was Carrie Underwood, after she heard her having a dig at her boyfriend Calvin. Taylor’s had a beef with the American Idol winner, 33,  for three years – after Carrie mentioned Taylor had split with her then boyfriend Conor Kennedy, 21, while onstage at the Country Music Awards in 2012, making a joking reference to her song We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together. The pair have avoided each other for years and managed to keep their distance at the iHeartRadio Awards. But after hearing Carrie having another pop, Taylor was fuming.

‘Taylor hates bumping into Carrie and will go out of her way to avoid any awkward situations,’ a second insider reveals. ‘But Carrie has effectively dropped a nuclear bomb on Taylor by making fun of her romance with Calvin. Taylor’s absolutely furious. There’s no way Carrie will get away with it. Taylor thinks she’s a plastic wannabe who got lucky, and to hear her badmouthing her man has really got her back up.’

This isn’t the first time Taylor’s feuds have spiralled out of control. Her long-running bust-up with Katy Perry (it’s been going on since 2012, FYI) has been seriously nasty. Their fallout went public after it was revealed Katy had left Taylor in the lurch by poaching three of her dancers from her Red world tour. One of the dancers who left to join Katy’s promo tour for her album Prism rubbed salt in the wound by admitting Katy drew them away, saying at the time: ‘We weren’t really dancing in Taylor’s tour anyway, so I got a little bored and I really wanted to do a  promo tour.’ Ouch.

Taylor later wrote Bad Blood and revealed what the song was about. ‘For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not,’ Taylor told Rolling Stone. ‘She would come up to me at awards shows and say something and walk away, and I would think: “Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?” [Then] she did something so horrible. I was like: “Oh, we’re just straight-up enemies.”’

The day after the interview was published, Katy hit back, tweeting: ‘Watch out for the Regina George [of Mean Girls] in sheep’s clothing.’

Since then, the pair have gone to great lengths to avoid each other – with Katy swerving the MTV VMAs last November, when Taylor and her entire Bad Blood squad turned up to take home the Best Video gong. Justin and Carrie should be very afraid.

Chanelle Hayes struggles with fluctuating weight, but she's not ashamed to hide her yo-yo diet battle

Chanelle Hayes, 28, is know for being a yo-yo dieter, her body has veered wildly from a tiny size 4 to a curvy 16 and back again since she shot to fame in 2007.

In 2014, a strict routine of healthy eating and exercise saw her slim down to a trim 9st and size 8.

But after falling over on Boxing Day and breaking her coccyx, her weight ballooned again, and she admitted to gaining more than two-and-a-half stone last year.

‘I haven’t been able to train in the gym, but I’m annoyed at myself for letting things get out of control,’ she said. ‘When I don’t go to the gym, it’s like a free pass for me to binge.’

She hit the gym this year and began losing weight – until a leg injury saw her put more weight on. Chanelle recently showed off a fuller figure in a bikini on holiday in Gran Canaria, but has now embarked on a new diet regime, using an old ‘slim’ pic of herself for inspiration.

Lil claims the seven-year ordeal has left her a 'changed person', feeling isolated from friends and family

Lily Allen has revealed how a stalker who terrorised her for seven years broke into her bedroom, ripped off her duvet and called her a ‘f***ing b*tch.’

The singer also claimed that police dismissed the incident – which left her fearing for her children’s safety – when she reported it.

The star first became aware of the stalker when he set up a Twitter profile in 2009, using the user name @lilyallenRIP.

Recalling the terrifying event in October last year, Lils told The Observer how she was awoken in the early hours by a loud banging on the wall.

‘I sat up and looked and the door handle was twisting round,’ she said.

‘This guy came steaming in and I didn’t know who he was. I recoiled and he ripped the duvet off, calling me a ‘f***ing b*tch’ and yelling about where his dad is.’

She also said the man had an object stuffed inside his jacket that Lily is convinced was a knife.

Thankfully, Lily’s friend was able to force the man out of the house as the worried singer ran to check on her kids.

Chillingly, she added: ‘There was this second outside my kids’ room when I was terrified to go in, in case of what I might find.’

But when she reported the incident to the police, Lils says they dismissed the intruder, saying he was probably someone who had stumbled into the wrong flat after too booze.

She went on to say that authorities only responded properly when the stalker stole her handbag, adding: ‘This was something that started in 2009 with a tweet and ended in 2015 with him in my house and, I believe, with a weapon.

‘I’m lucky in that I had the money and the motivation to take action myself. I want answers from the police. If they treat me like this, how the hell are they going to treat everyone else?

Fans loved him as survival enthusiast Dougie Ryan, and now Paddy McGuinness has hinted he could be returning to the ITV soap

He already makes our Saturday night in with his cheeky smile and spirit on Take Me Out, but now Paddy McGuinness could be about to make some of our weeknights so much better too – by rejoining the cast of Coronation Street!

The Lancashire-born lad appeared in six episodes of the ITV soap last year as survival enthusiast Dougie Ryan, and fans have been eager for him to return to the role.

Taking to Twitter over the weekend, the star got Corrie-heads all worked up by posting a snap of him back on the cobbles.

Wearing a sharp suit as he posed outside Roy’s Rolls, the former Max and Paddy’s Road To Nowhere star captioned the shot: ‘Dougy’s back…for a butty.’

He later shared another snap – this one taken outside the Rovers Return pub – adding: ‘And a pint.’

And, adding further fuel to the fire, the official Coronation Street account retweeted his first post.

Fans soon speculated that Paddy would be slipping back into Dougie’s khaki survival jacket once more, with one writing: ‘Please please please tell me you are making another appearance??’

Another added: ‘I can’t wait, I think Dougie’s hilarious :D’

Paddy previously spoke about a potential role to he long-running soap, saying: ‘Everyone at Corrie was a delight to work with, from the cast to the crew.

‘Dougie is a very funny character and I enjoyed playing him.

‘There is a chance he could pop back up again in the future, but there are no plans for that at the moment.’

Has all that changed then, Paddy? We hope so!

What’s your favourite workout?

Lifting weights – they make me feel super strong and empowered. My favourite is dead lifting as it is my strongest lift and I can go super heavy. My personal best is 110kg! I also do pilates and I love boxing classes as they are super challenging and make me sweat. I usually train 5-6 days a week.

BREAKFAST – Usually zoats (courgette oats), topped with banana, coconut almond butter and dark chocolate chips.

OLLIE SAYS: Zanna is renowned for her interesting and fresh meal ideas- this meal is high in dietary fats and protein that will help promote fat loss and off-set hunger, preventing poor food decisions later on in the day.

LUNCH – Omelette full of veggies and chicken or prawns, topped with feta and seeds.

OLLIE SAYS: Omelettes present a perfect opportunity to pack in a mix of healthy ingredients. Veggies are high in phytonutrients which contain high amounts of anti-oxidants to protect the immune system and fight potential diseases.

DINNER – Sweet potato noodles topped with broccoli, salmon and feta.

Zanna is a fine example to all those people who say eating healthy is boring. She’s taken single ingredient foods that will nourish and repair the body and created simple and tasty dishes. Janice Battersby will always be in our hearts

How long has it been since she quit Corrie?
The 47-year-old actress left the show in 2010 after 13-years playing the iconic Janice Battersby. Before arriving on the Coronation Street cobbles, she’d starred on shows such as The Bill – but nothing could have prepared her for the level of fame the soap propelled her too. Talking of the recognition, she’s since admitted she found it ‘hard to accept,’ and was ‘swamped by fans’ wherever she went. She once even ‘locked herself in a lavatory in a restaurant’ because she was so ‘stressed’ with fans approaching her.

Didn’t she assault a fan once?
In 2001 charges were dropped against the actress after she was arrested for allegedly head-butting a fan. Talking of the incident, Vicky Entwistle explained: ‘It was an accident involving a cuddle from an overeager fan and a height difference.’ In 2010 her husband, Andrew Chapman, was found guilty of common assault after ‘punching’ another fan that had approached the pair on a train. Talking at the trial, Vicky admitted she’d ‘shunned the spotlight for 13 years because of unwanted attention,’ and this was her ‘first time on public transport’ in all that time.’

It all got very dramatic…
Following her husbands legal battle, Vicky admitted: ‘The experience has left me feeling extremely vulnerable and made me think this character – that I adore – is starting to take over my life,’ and bid goodbye to Weatherfield. She later revealed: ‘I could have easily continued to play Janice for the rest of my acting career, but I’ve been thinking of leaving for quite some time and couldn’t deny those feelings.’

And then came the transformation…
After being described as the ‘fat and ugly’ one from Coronation Street, Vicky shed three stone in three months – dropping from a size 16 to a four – and later released best selling fitness DVD, Vicky’s WOW! Weight Off Workout in 2006. ‘My whole outlook changed and I feel like a different person,’ she admitted at the time. However, years later in 2010 she admitted she’d become ‘obsessed’ with working out, confessing: ‘I was addicted to being sweaty and went to the gym at every opportunity and would get stressed and fretful [if I couldn’t].’

Celebrity clashes
In 2013, Vicky appeared on Celebrity Big Brother and sparked a war with the Geordie Shore cast. After branding Charlotte Crosby a ‘fat slag from Newcastle’ during a heated row in the house, Holly Hagan later tweeted: ‘When a women of 45 comments on a 23-year-old’s weight, I think that’s a rock bottom insult when Vicky used to be big herself. Respect is earned Vicky, regardless of age. Vicious old minger.’

Family regrets
The actress had admitted her only regret in life is not having children. During an interview in 2012, she revealed: ‘I don’t know whether I would have been a great mum, it was just never a burning thing for me. It’s my only regret… Andy would have been an absolutely amazing Dad.’

What’s she up to now?
‘I’ve done two projects a year since I left Corrie,’ she tells us. Which most recently included playing the wicked fairy in panto at the Floral Pavilion, New Brighton. Away from that, she enjoys a very chilled lifestyle in the country with her husband and dogs, recently tweeting: ‘So in love with my husband!! Lucky to have each other!!’

After sharing her latest selfie with more than 2.7 million Instagram followers, Geordie Shore’s Holly Hagan was inundated with nasty comments slating her ever-changing appearance.

‘How horrible is this?’ one troll posted, with another adding: ‘What the f*** happened?’

The comments are truly shocking, especially as the majority are from other women, but 23-year-old Holly insists she’s used to the negative side of fame and can cope with the cruel abuse.

‘I’ve had bullies and trolls all of my life, I’m just able to deal with it a bit better now,’ she tells us. In fact, during her school days, she revealed in her autobiography, Not Quite A Geordie, how the body shaming bullies drove her to self-harming. ‘I stared at my image for an unusually long time, taking in all my features one by one and trying to understand why everyone thought I was so ugly,’ she wrote. ‘I wished I could be thinner and prettier. The more I looked at myself, the more disgusted I became with my reflection before me. It made me so mad and I had no one but myself to take it out on.’

Now as she faces even more criticism after more surgical procedures and dramatic weight loss, in another Now exclusive Holly reflects on the highs and lows of her changing face, cosmetic surgery and life under the lens.

‘I’ve had bullies and trolls all my life’

‘I don’t look happy, do I? This is awful! I’d just discovered Live XXL black hair dye and I’d clearly cut my own fringe… I looked horrific. I think I was trying to do a sultry look and gain some confidence in myself. I was 13-years-old when I took this and it was around the time of being bullied. It was a nightmare. I’ve had bullies and trolls all of my life, I’m just able to deal with it a bit better now. My life has a lot more plus points now to the grief that I get. I’m stronger.’

‘The first time I ever realised I was overweight.’

‘My mum wouldn’t speak to us when I said I was going to do Geordie Shore, she really didn’t want me to do it, but I didn’t listen. I felt amazing, fabulous and like a million dollars on our first shoot here… and then I seen the picture. It ruined my life. This was the first time in my life I realised I was overweight and it was horrible. I look ill and disgusting. You can see it on my arms and legs… I’m twice the size of Gary. It is like body dysmorphia, except I had it the opposite way I thought I looked better than I ever did. Everything was horrific.’

Fame and shame

This was from the first night in the house and arriving there was the most terrifying thing I’ve ever done. A part of me is ashamed of this now looking back and I’d never do it again… what was I thinking? I’d had three Jäger bombs before I’d even arrived, I was paralytic and obviously I got my tits out. When the picture came out it ruined everything too. I remember walking into a supermarket and it was on the front of every newspaper and magazine. My Dad had to see it! I know people say: “any press is good press,” but it was just an awful experience.

The transformation begins

I’d started to lose a little bit of weight by this point. We’d just filmed the Magaluf special and I was feeling okay by this point. Compared to the first series I felt like a million dollars. I remember my mum bought me this Ted Baker dress for £500 and was paying it off for f***g ages because we didn’t have much money, but she thought I looked beautiful. I looked ill and awful looking at it now… my whole look didn’t match the dress.

‘All the other girls hated me.’

It’s awkward how all the girls hated me back then when we first started the show and now we’re best friends. We’ve come the full 360. I never felt like they were bullying me or intentionally trying to hurt me at the start, we just didn’t click. They just hadn’t ever been around a girl like me. I suppose I didn’t really know myself at this point, I was only 18/19. And it’s really difficult for people to understand me when I didn’t understand myself. I’ve really grown up on the show. As soon as I stated to work out who I was and be myself, everything changed.’

‘I finally felt confident.’

‘This was the first time I’d ever really felt confident in a bikini so I was just showing off to be honest. I’d just started loosing significant amounts of weight and felt good about my body. I didn’t understand any of the backlash saying I’d gone too far. It got me so angry and it was so annoying! I was weighing 9st 9Ibs and for a girl of my height – 5ft3 – is perfectly fine. I have a large rib cage too, so they’re always going to stick out. I suppose I’m either too fat or too thin, there’s nothing in between.’

‘I haven’t had much work done.’

People get very mixed up when it comes to surgery. I had my first boob job before I started on Geordie Shore and everything I’ve had done to my face isn’t cosmetic surgery. It’s all non-surgical. I had my lips done once over a year ago and people are still talking about them. It’s boring. I also had some Botox in my head because I didn’t like the way I looked when I cried on TV. I haven’t actually had that much work done.

‘We won’t make the same mistakes as Gaz & Charlotte.’

We were still together when we filmed this series but in real life it’s over now. We tried our hardest, but you just can’t have a relationship in that house. Look at Gary and Charlotte, they’ve been going around in circles for five years now and in my eyes that’s not them working. They’re still trying but they’ve never made a relationship work. We don’t want to make the same mistakes. When we first got together it was weird because I was carrying a bit of weight and he was 16st with huge muscles, but he never made me feel anything but comfortable. It’s a shame he wasn’t as perfect as he seemed. For now we’re better off as a friends but who knows?

‘It’s impossible to be 100% happy with your looks.’

I expected the recent backlash with this selfie. I knew my lips looked weird on it but I liked my eye make up so I just posted it. When I was in school I’d think nasty comments from people was the be all and end all of life and that I’d never amount to anything, but I couldn’t give a shit now. People need to talk about global warming or the environment and stuff that matters, not my lips. Looking back at how far I’ve come I am happy with my appearance now, but I wouldn’t say I’m 100%. That’s impossible. I’d like my boobs a little smaller next… but I’ll think about that one for now.

Furious Cheryl has hit back at claims she cheated on her ex-husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini with new boyfriend Liam Payne, labeling them ‘sh*t’.

The star bashed out an angry tweet on Sunday to defend herself after reports claimed she started her relationship with the One Direction hottie whilst she was still with ex JB.

According to The Sun On Sunday, the French businessman was told by X Factor bods that Cheryl first got together with Liam in October – thought to be two months before her marriage officially ended.

But Cheryl angrily dismissed the rumours, writing on Twitter: ‘If anyone believes the sh*t they’re reading today you really don’t know me at all.’

And sweetly, Liam seemed to stand up for his girl, re-tweeting a fan message that read: ‘Cheryl’s the most selfless and kindhearted human you will ever come across in your life. I don’t understand why people are so cruel.’

The rumours started after a source told The Sun on Sunday: ‘JB has been told that Cheryl was actually seeing Liam in October – two months before they officially split.’

But Cheryl’s team have also strenuously denied the claims, with a source saying: ‘Jean Bernard’s information about when Cheryl started her relationship with Liam is false.’

News of Cheryl and Jean-Bernard’s split first emerged in January. The couple married in July 2014 after seven months of dating.

Chezza’s relationship with Liam was then revealed in February, with the former X Factor judge and 1D star reportedly getting together last December.

Sporting a pair of grey joggers and a Calvin Klein sports bra, the star shared an early morning snap with her 46.7m followers over the weekend that showed off her shapely behind, along with her toned abs.

Khlo simply captioned the shot: ‘Good morning.’

And whilst some of her followers loved the shot, calling it ” and ‘sexy’, others weren’t quite so kind.

‘Your a** is so fake. Ugly b*tch,’ one hater wrote.

Another added: ‘You’re lying to yourself if you really believe your ass is real & its supposed to look like that.’

Taking to Twitter, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star posted: ‘It is 8:30AM on Saturday morning and people still have something negative to say. I guess negativity never sleeps huh?!’

She added: ‘You know if you don’t like something you don’t have to look at it right? Let alone waste your energy to comment. Thirsty thirsty thirsty.

‘Anyways… Shout out to all the real ones who uplift! I love and respect you all! Stay shining.’

Khloe’s contraversial belfie comes just weeks after her little sis Kim Kardashian divided opinion (and almost broke the internet for a second time) by posting a totally nude selfie.

After facing criticism from celebrities including Chloe Grace Moretz, Bette Midler and Pink as well as a bunch of online commenters, Kim fired back arguing she was allowed to be sexy, posting on Twitter: ‘I don’t do drugs, I hardly drink, I’ve never committed a crime – and yet I’m a bad role model for being proud of my body?’

Charlotte Crosby has sparked concern amongst fans after being struck down by a mystery illness.

The nature of the reality star’s ailment isn’t clear but it’s bad enough for her to be signed off work, meaning she’s had to postpone several upcoming book signings.

An announcement was made via Twitter yesterday confirming that Charlotte, 25, won’t be at events publicising her new fitness tome Live Fast Lose Weight originally planned for later this week in Sheffield, Manchester and Nottingham.

The post from WHSmith Events reads: ‘Due to ill health Charlotte Crosby has been signed off from work by her Doctor, therefore all events have been postponed.

‘We will reschedule as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused’

Charlotte reTweeted the news and her fans were quick to show their concern on the social media site.

‘as long as she ok it don’t matter get well soon Hun xxxx,’ one follower wrote.

In fact Charlotte’s fanbase have been worrying about the Geordie Shore star for several days now as she’s been keeping them updated about her illness on Twitter.

On Friday she revealed that she’d been struggling to get any rest, having posted: ‘Fingers crossed tonight I will sleep! Last night was BRUTAL’

She later added that she was ‘In need of some good news’ and then spent Saturday night in watching Britain’s Got Talent.

On Sunday she caused even more worry for her fans by cryptically Tweeting: ‘You really couldn’t write this past week I’ve had…….. Wow’

What’s going on, Charl? The mysterious posts have certainly got her admirers very concerned.

‘I’m worried about you. What’s going on with you’re health ?’ one messaged the star, whilst another said: ‘you ok Charlotte ? let us know what is wrong. Everyone is worried xx’

Oh dear – let’s hope Charlotte is on the mend very soon.

Tyga reveals views on Rob Kardashian’s engagement

Yep, according to Blac’s mum Tokyo Toni the couple could have a baby following their nuptials, meaning Blac would give her 3-year-old son King a little brother or sister.

‘I want another grandchild, for sure,’ says Tokyo, 45.

‘It’s very likely to happen after the wedding.’

And with said marriage set to take place later this year, that means a new Kardashian tot could arrive by 2017 – eek!

27-year-old Blac – real name Angela White – has already faced pregnancy rumours since she started dating Rob, 29, in January.

And Tokyo says that Rob has already proved himself to be good parent material after bonding with King, Blac’s son from her relationship with rapper Tyga.

‘Rob is the perfect dad,’ she tells NW Magazine. ‘He spends hours playing with King and he buys him lots of toys.

‘Their favourite thing is playing a numbers game with Lego. King responds to him so well.’

Blac and Rob having a child together could make things slightly complicated given that King’s dad Tyga is dating Rob’s sister Kylie Jenner.

If 18-year-old Kylie were to marry Tyga, 26, then she would become stepmother to King, just as Rob would be his stepfather. Confusing, right?

Whether we get a new arrival or not, Tokyo is convinced that Blac and Rob make a perfect pair.

‘They spend every hour together during the day so they’re already like a married couple,’ she says.

‘They do have arguments but he concedes to her every time. He just goes, “OK babe!” Even their arguments are short and cute.’

It’s no secret that the Beckhams are basically the second royal family of Britain.

And though Victoria Beckham‘s birthday isn’t a national celebration, David and the children made her feel like no less than a queen when she very recently turned 42.

The poshest of Spices celebrated her birthday on Sunday, and took to her Instagram account multiple times throughout the day to keep her fans fully up to date on how she was celebrating.

Firstly, she showed off the cards and the lovely bunch of flowers she’d received ‘from her babies’:

Four-year-old Harper Beckham‘s card features some impressively drawn heart-shaped balloons – but most impressively in this picture is the card right at the top. Though it’s not clear which of the Beckham boys wrote it, it’s clear that he’s been taught the fine art of flattery very well.

‘Dear Mummy, happy birthday, I love you so much’ reads the card – ending with the ‘you look 19’.

Our fav Geordie Shore gal, Charlotte Crosby, has opened up about her body battle

We all know Charlotte Crosby is no shrinking violet. On Geordie Shore we’ve seen her having lesbian sex on camera, wetting the bed and farting like a trooper.

Oh Charlotte.

But while most of us would cringe at the thought of the world seeing that, Charlotte has confessed none of those are her biggest regrets. Oh no.

It’s this.

‘ My biggest regret is being fat. I look back at the pictures and think, ‘I was young and on TV but I was so fat’,’ she has confessed.

‘I didn’t take any pride in my appearance and I feel sad that I didn’t take care about myself at all. I’d wear no make-up, awful clothes, eat McDonald’s every day, drink tons of alcohol and let my body down,’ she told The Sun.

Since then, Charlotte has gone under one of the best body transformations we have ever seen.

By kick starting her fitness regime, which saw her release two of the fastest selling fitness DVDs, she shed a whopping two-and-a-half stone.

And in a step to make her fitness guru image even stronger, this week she is releasing her very own cook book, Live Fast Lose Weight.

‘The book talks about how you don’t have to be overly strict. My main motto is if I want a piece of cheese, I have a f**king piece of cheese,’ she said. ‘Just because you’ve had one bad snack or meal doesn’t mean you should give up and eat crap for the rest of the day.’

Char’s book includes a range of yummy recipes like cheese frittata and a spicy chicken broth.

But while she’s clearly nailed the whole bangin’ body thing, we’re sad to say her love-life with fellow Geordie Shore star Gaz Beadle is still in a bit of a pickle.

‘I’m single at the moment,’ she confirms. ‘I’m definitely not in a relationship and I’m feeling very average about that.’

Staying at the Ritz-Carlton on South Beach, Megan has been treating her fans to quite a few moments of her trip since her arrival last week.

She’s away from her TOWIE beau, Pete Wicks – who is also enjoying himself in the sun, a few hours away in Mexico. But luckily for Megs, it looks as if she’s had no trouble finding a replacement – on Sunday she posted a fun picture of her cuddled up to a lion mascot with the caption: ‘While Bae’s away…’

‘While Bae’s away…substitute with another similarly long-haired creature’ – at least, that’s what we assume the second part to her phrase was? Ahem.

Elsewhere, she’s been enjoying other perks of being in the tropical Florida city – including watching singer Tori Kelly perform from the second row and indulging in a spot of ‘light’ retail therapy at Victoria’s Secret.

Oh – and of course, she wouldn’t be Megan McKenna if she didn’t take the opportunity to top up her summery glow under the Miami rays.

On Monday morning, she posted an inspiring quote on her Instagram, which included the line: ‘You are under no obligation to be the same person you were a year, month or even fifteen minutes ago’.

But Vicky chose to add a personal touch and wrote a message of her own.

‘As human beings we grow and change…’ she began her heartfelt caption.

‘We must challenge ourselves, put ourselves in positions we aren’t 100% comfortable in, push boundaries, evolve and ultimately change and hopefully better ourselves.’

‘I will not apologise for my journey and I will not apologise about where I started- but similarly, don’t expect me to feel bad for wanting more.

‘Dream, believe, achieve.’

The girls are set to reunite 11 years after splitting up

Major nostalgia alert – Mis-Teeq are set to make a sensational comeback over a decade after their split.

Yep, Britain’s Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon is apparently planning a reunion with former bandmates Sabrina Washington and Su-Elise Nash 11 years on from the group’s break-up.

Alesha, 37, will meet with the other girls next month for talks about how best to bring back Mis-Teeq, according to reports.

‘The girls have been reminiscing about the old days,’ a source says.

‘They think there is a big appetite to bring back Mis-Teeq and have been discussing how.’

Eek! The reunion could prove slightly tricky logistically as Su-Elise no longer lives in the UK.

Luckily the ladies have reportedly found a good time to get together to sort out their plans.

‘Su-Elise lives in Australia but is back in the UK in May for a holiday, so they plan to meet up to talk about it,’ the insider tells The Sun’s Dan Wooton.

‘It’s very early days but they are definitely going to do some shows to see what the reaction is like.’

Well this is VERY exciting news, isn’t it? Mis-Teeq were responsible for some absolute bangers back in the day, after all.

The girls were hugely popular when they launched into the garage scene in 1999 and went on to have seven top 10 singles including Scandalous, All I Want and One Night Stand.

Eventually they called it a day in 2005 and Alesha become the breakout member of the band, having built up a successful TV career as well as releasing solo tunes.

Sabrina appeared on I’m A Celebrity in 2009 whilst Su-Elise has mainly been out of the limelight.

Alesha might be busy with BGT right now but she’s still been dropping hints about a possible Mis-Teeq revival on social media.

The mum-of-one posted a photo of the group earlier this month and quoted some of their lyrics by writing: ‘It’s the Mis-Teeq ladies, we’re coming back strong!’

Su-Elise has also teased fans about the group’s reunion.

‘For those of you who didn’t see the lovely @aleshaofficial on @chattygram Alan Carr tonight. The rumours are true…,’ she posted on Instagram recently.

Victoria Beckham might be pretty fit but don’t expect to see her lining up for a triathlon any time soon.

The fashion designer’s close pal Tana Ramsay, who regularly participates in the sporty events, has confessed that Victoria, 42, is unlikely to join her due to the effect it would have on her HAIR.

‘There’s no way I could do what she does, and though Victoria is really fit, I couldn’t get her to do a triathlon,’ says Tana, 42.

‘Because she’d never want to do the swimming and get her hair wet all the time. She’d be the first to admit that.’

There’s always swimming caps, VB? Though something tells us the glamorous star wouldn’t be too keen on that idea…

As Tana says though, the feeling is mutual and she is just as reluctant to join her friend at her fashion shows.

‘I love Victoria, but fashion is so not my world,’ she explains. ‘I wouldn’t know what to wear or how to act.’

Tana, who is famously married to chef Gordon Ramsay, has been pals with Posh Spice for many years and even considers her as ‘family’.

But despite their privileged lifestyles, she says they both enjoy the simple things.

The sporty star tells the Sunday Telegraph: ’For the most part, we are friends because we have four kids the same age, really busy lives, and the best times we have are on family holidays when it’s nothing smart or fancy, just hanging around in shorts and T-shirts with the kids.’

Tana and Victoria are so close that they’ve even appeared to start dressing in a similar way but Tana finds the idea she’s becoming a VB ‘clone’ pretty funny.

‘We both laugh our heads off about it,’ Gordon’s other half admits. ‘I don’t actually think I look like her.

‘Yes, my hair has gone straighter because those curls have dropped out, but it’s still wavy.

‘And she will say, “You’ve got to get these shoes, they are amazing.” And I’ll do what she says.

‘I take it as a huge compliment, but we’re very different.’

It’s a sad start to the week for Jodie Marsh, as she has announced the end of her marriage to her husband of eight months, James Placido.

The model and former bodybuilder took to her social media outlets to inform her fans of the surprise breakup on Monday morning.

‘It is with sadness that I bring you the news that James and I have separated,’ 37-year-old Jodie began her emotional message.

‘I will be keeping all the dogs with me. I won’t be taking calls on the matter as I’d like to be left alone. I thank you in advance for your sensitivity on this subject…’

This news comes as much of a surprise as news of their wedding back in August 2015. After meeting him in a car park, Jodie said ‘I do’ to James in a ceremony that was kept largely out of the public eye.

‘He got out of the car and we looked into each other’s eyes,’ she told Star magazine of their first meeting, in October 2015.

‘We both knew there and then we were going to be together. It was love at first sight.’

Jodie very recently shared a picture with James and their rescue dogs, Wendy and Jeff, looking as happy as ever:
