David Beckham has to be one of the world’s most photographed men and it appears that he reuses familiar poses when he’s being snapped. Well it makes life easier, doesn’t it?
The 40-year-old sportsman couldn’t stop smiling when he was pictured sitting beside the Queen last night at The Queen’s Young Leaders event held at Buckingham Palace, an evening honouring emerging business talent in Britain and the Commonwealth.
But we can’t help but notice that David is striking a pose just like he would have done in his footballer days. The dad-of-four sits with his hands on his knees in the cute picture, a position he perfected during many years of official team photos with the England squad.
Back in 2006 he looked uncannily like he does in the Queen snap when he appeared in the World Cup squad photo beside then-manager Sven-Göran Ericsson.
David wasn’t the only one doing the football pose though, as we’ve spotted another guest at the event using the same position. You’ve started a trend, Becks!
The sporty star looked as handsome as ever for the evening, dressed in a dapper suit with a quirky polka dot tie. He was also working a bit of a quiff in those famous locks of his.
David was thrilled to be a part of the prestigious occasion and spoke of his joy about his photo with Her Majesty on his Facebook page.

Congratulations Dan! You must be feeling on top of the world?
Yeah, I’m so happy. It was unbelievable. We had such a brilliant holiday. The whole family were out in Greece for Jacqueline’s sister Katrina’s wedding, which was wonderful. And then what a way to end it!
How did you propose?
I wanted to do it in front of Jacqui’s friends and family because I know how much they mean to her. I needed to get everyone into the lobby at the same time to see the proposal, so Katrina pretended the owner of the hotel had invited everyone for drinks.
So what happened?
There was a balcony that overlooked the sea so we stood there drinking champagne. I had a huge banner made with ‘Will you marry me?’ written across it, which had been attached to a sailing boat owned by the hotel.
The boat was waiting out of sight until I gave the hotel manager the thumbs-up.
Wow! Sounds stressful!
[Laughs] Yeah. I told Katrina to ask for a group picture so that everyone had their backs to the water, so they couldn¹t see the boat coming closer and closer, and then Katrina had to pass the ring behind her back to me. I said: ‘Oh, look at that boat,’ and when Jacqueline turned around, I was down on one knee with the ring. Jacqueline didn’t realise the boat was for her. She said when she first saw it, she just thought: ‘That’s nice.’ I started to laugh nervously when I’m nervous I do this silly humming laugh and only Jacqueline knows it. She was so confused until she heard my laugh. She covered her face with her hands she couldn’t believe it. She kept saying: ‘Oh my God, is this really happening?’ She was really confused how it was possible for me to keep it all so secret from her, as she’s so good at sussing things out. My knee was hurting so much! We stood cuddling for about five minutes after that.

Singer Jessie J has undergone an operation and sends message from hospital telling fans not to worry
We’re used to seeing Jessie J looking fierce on stage while showcasing her flawless vocals. But her most recent post on Instagram was a far cry to the glam popstar that we’re used to seeing, as it showed the 27-year-old laid on a hospital bed.
Before you mind wanders to the deepest and darkest corners as to what’s wrong, Jessie assures us that she’s okay, but might just be a bit MIA on social media for a while as she recovers from a mystery operation with plenty of rest and pie and mash. That’s our girl!
‘I’m going to be offline for a few days and I wanted to show you why,’ Jessie said. ‘ I don’t often share personal stuff (especially about my health) anymore. I just get on with it secretly, but I wanted to share with you before someone else might and it gets twisted and exaggerated into something different or worse.
‘Just know I am ok as I say in the video on the right. I just wanted to explain to my fans why I may go AWOL for a minute.’
The singer hasn’t said what her operation was for, and won’t be doing so, and asked her followers to respect her privacy, captioning the pic: ‘I had an operation yesterday so need to rest | I won’t be saying what for so PLEASE don’t keep asking me or harassing my close ones on here or anywhere for information | Its personal and I know you can respect that.’
The former The Voice judge has suffers from a heart confition called Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome, which causes a fast and irregular heartbeat and shortness of breath. This can leave our Jessie feeling dizzy or faint, especially when she hits those infamous high notes of hers.
Jessie’s even revealed she may have to mime her impressive vocal range of three octaves in future performances, saying in 3AM that it might be the only way she can stay healthy.
‘I have prided myself in having got this far without having to lip-sync but if my career carries on moving at the pace that it is, I will have to lip-sync to be able to stay well.’
But the Essex girl assures us that she’s okay and that the operation didn’t have anything to do with her voice, saying all she needed was ‘Sleep, rest, maybe some pie and mash.’
‘Mostly focusing my mind on getting my body better and for the record it’s not my heart or my voice my heart and voice are FINE.’
And even while she’s going through all this, Jessie is still thinking of others – what a woman!
‘I want to take a moment to send a virtual hug and kiss out to anyone in pain or suffering at the moment. In hospital or at home. ‘
Knowing that she probably doesn’t look as polished at her usual self, she joked about wearing her night gown to The Voice live shows. With the half of the Insta-video of her in bed after the op and the other half showing her before swooshing her hair in slo-mo, she captioned it saying: ‘On fleek to on bleek real quick’
Someone get us that slogan onto a t-shirt, STAT! We can imagine how handy it’d be if we woke up horrifically hungover – not that that ever happens…

Last weekend, Ex-Dragon's Den star Duncan Bannatyne found himself at the centre of a very public spat with his ex-girlfriend after she accused him of threatening her with revenge porn. Duncan furiously denied the claims taking to Twitter to vent his fury. He joins us today, for an exclusive interview with his new girlfriend Nigora, to set the record straight.
Our girl Bridget Jones had it sussed from the start – love lives are messy enough as it is, but they don’t seem to get as messy as Duncan Bannatynes’. The multi-millionaire appeared on This Morning today with his new girlfriend, Nigora Whitehorn and after just dating for three weeks, he’s hinted that things are pretty serious.
Gushing at her new man, dental treatment coordinator Nigora said that Duncan is one of the most generous men she’s ever met in her life. Suprising really as he’s a multi-millionaire…
The pair met when the Dragon’s Den star visited a Harley Street dental practice where Nigora works. Sounds like the beginning of some niche rom-com!
This all happened while Duncan with with his ex Michelle Evans though, and while she was on holiday, pictures of Duncan and Nigora having dinner together came out. And Michelle unsurprisingly was not a happy bunny.
‘What happened is one of the papers printed a picture of Nigora and I together having dinner, and we weren’t in a relationship, just as friends and Michelle just went mad and that was it and that ended.’
Michelle, a former Miss Great Britain, tried calling Duncan when she first saw the photos, but after not getting through, she texted him saying: ‘You look good in the pictures online.’ Ouch.
She then called things off by tweeting the infamous Dragon’s Den phrase: ‘I’m out.’ Oooh.
While on This Morning, Duncan addressed THOSE revenge porn accusations that have been surrounding his break-up with the former Miss England.
Michelle claimed to the Sunday Mirror that Duncan had threatened to share an intimate pic of her when she asked him to help with a childcare bill of £1,200 after they split.
After being asked by Phillip Schofield, Duncan confessed that he got caught up in the moment and didn’t mean what he said.
‘Yeah, obviously that was a mistake but she was threatening to tell the story. It doesn’t say I’m going to send the pictures, I never intended to send the pictures.’
All the hubbub doesn’t seemed to have fazed new love Nigora though, as she said she was ‘very much in love’ before her 66-year-old boyfriend interrupted and said: ‘get your hats ready!’
Now it appears that the S Clubbers – who dated from 2001 to 2006 – have fulfilled those dreams and got back together – awww!
It’s not all been plain-sailing though. Hannah’s former fiancé Adam Thomas has blasted the singer for moving on with Paul so soon after they split.
Hannah, 34, is reportedly now living with Paul, 38. and it’s left personal trainer Adam in a state of shock.
‘Hannah moaned to me until she was blue in the face about Paul – she said he was so fat he could hardly dance,’ says Adam, 35.
‘And now she’s with him. He’d moved into my bed before it’d got cold – that’s the biggest kick in the teeth.
‘I’d do anything for that girl. I was so happy. I wanted her to be my wife. I wanted children with her. I saw the rest of my life with her.
‘I’m an emotional wreck. I’m having counselling, I’m on anti-depressants.’
Adam – who started dating Hannah in May 2013 and got engaged to her just seven months later – claims that he and Hannah took a break from their relationship in April due to her hectic schedule rehearsing for S Club’s tour.
He says that they remained in touch when the concerts kicked off two weeks later and hoped they might be able to work through things, so was left shocked when Hannah sent a text saying it was over.
Adam soon discovered that Paul had moved into Hannah’s home.
‘She said “I’ve moved on”, and I knew something wasn’t right,’ Adam tells the Mirror.
‘I cycled straight around to her house like a maniac. I walked straight in and there they were both sitting there.
‘I wanted to understand why she was with him when I had to listen to three months of her moaning about him being so fat, letting the band down, not turning up to rehearsals, calling her every night and not leaving her alone.’
Hannah and Paul haven’t commented on the claims but Hannah has hinted on Twitter that someone might have upset her.

No. She eats the same as always. We’re having a curry tonight!
Is she happy with how she looks or would she like to lose more weight?
Jacqueline doesn’t care if she’s in shape or not and she doesn’t care what other people think of her body or whether she’s fit or not. She says she only cares if I say she looks incredible. She knows she’s just had a baby and it’s not been a priority for her to lose weight. She’s told me that now she’s getting married, she needs to properly get into the gym to look her best on the wedding day.

In fact a beaming Taylor hinted that she might be IN LOVE with her Scottish beau during a gig in his home country last night – eek!
The 25-year-old singer appeared to give a subtle shoutout to boyfriend Calvin, 31, when she told the crowd at Glasgow’s SSE Hydro Arena: ‘Look at all of these amazing Scottish people in this room right now. I happen to love Scottish people, personally.’

Just when we thought Orange Is The New Black couldn’t get any better, along came Ruby Rose to TOTALLY stir things up as new inmate Stella Carlin.
Since making her debut in the show’s third season, 29-year-old actress Ruby has become a bit of a sensation. In fact the Aussie star’s name started trending pretty much as soon as she appeared in her first scene and viewers haven’t stopped talking about her ever since.
So just who is Ruby Rose exactly? Here’s 7 of the most important things you need to know about this OITNB phenomenon…
1. She has an amazing modelling career
Before making a name for herself in the acting world, Ruby had already carved out quite a career as a model. She was first noticed when she entered a competition ran by an Australian teen magazine in 2003 and went on to become the face of Maybelline New York down under. Ruby was even a guest judge on Australia’s Next Top Model – watch out, Tyra Banks!
2. She’s already gone full-frontal naked on screen
Ruby showcased just why she has so many admirers when she bared her incredible body during an episode of OITNB. The scene saw her character Stella get totally naked in the shower room in front of on-screen love interest Piper, played by Taylor Schilling. Brave lady!
3. She has A LOT of tattoos – and in some painful places
Ink is clearly a major passion for Ruby. The actress is covered in tattoos and has actually lost count of how many she has, but can recall that she got her first one done at 16. Some of the designs are in pretty daring places…
‘I got Meow written inside my lip, and that was the most painful one,’ says Ruby. ‘It’s so weird, putting a needle right on your face. Clearly I’ll never have cosmetic surgery, because that was scary enough for me.’ OUCH!
4. She’s ‘gender fluid’
Androgynous Ruby has revealed that she sees herself as ‘gender fluid’, meaning that she doesn’t identify with any set gender.
‘Gender fluidity is not really feeling like you’re at one end of the spectrum or the other,’ she tells Elle magazine. ‘For the most part, I definitely don’t identify as any gender.
‘I’m not a guy; I don’t really feel like a woman, but obviously I was born one. So, I’m somewhere in the middle, which – in my perfect imagination – is like having the best of both sexes.’
5. She’s engaged to Roald Dahl’s granddaughter
Ruby is openly bisexual and has been engaged to British fashion designer Phoebe Dahl for over a year. Phoebe, 26, is the granddaughter of children’s author Roald Dahl and cousin of model and cook Sophie. Ruby has revealed that she hopes they’ll get round to tying the knot next year.
6. She gets mistaken for Justin Bieber
Many fans think that Ruby has an uncanny likeness to pop star Justin, 21, and she’s happily poked fun at the idea on social media. Earlier this year the actress posted a message on Instagram reading: ‘In every photo I post you guys either say I look like Angelina Jolie or Justin Bieber… But as pretty as they both are… They look nothing alike?! Haha’
Ruby actually met up with Justin recently, leading to some frankly awesome pictures on Instagram including one that Ruby captioned: ‘#twinning’ Amazing.
7. She’s obsessed with Taylor Swift
We’d never have imagined that Ruby would be into a bit of Swifty but it turns out that she’s actually a HUGE fan.
‘People get so surprised when I say this and I don’t know why, but I have such a girl crush on Taylor Swift. I’m obsessed,’ Ruby tells People. ‘I just want to be friends with her, like best friends forever.
‘At photo shoots they always ask what music I want and they think I’m going to say Aerosmith or Metallica, but I’m always like, “Can I get a little bit of Tay Tay? 1989, please.”’
Having lost his brother to cancer, Peter Andre shares the moving story of a dad-of-two’s battle

Peter Andre has shared a very emotional Twitter post after being affected by the story of a cancer victim.
The 42-year-old star spoke out about the story of Anthony Evans, a dad-of-two battling throat cancer, and posted a moving video depicting Anthony’s journey through the illness.
The footage features pictures of Tony and his family interspersed with signs detailing his story. He reveals how he discovered a lump in his throat last year and was shocked to learn that he had cancer.
During the video the extremity of his ordeal is revealed, from having teeth removed in preparation for the ‘hard and intrusive’ treatment to living on custard when swallowing became too painful.
What makes the story even more moving is the fact that Tony’s wife Jackie has only recently battled cancer herself, having been diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009.
Cancer is a cause close to Pete’s heart following his brother’s battle with the illness. Andrew Andre passed away aged 54 in December 2012 after suffering with kidney cancer and it left Pete devastated.
The singer has his own charity, the Peter Andre Fund, which supports the work of Cancer Research UK and he recently spoke of how he thinks Andrew might still have been here if his illness had been discovered sooner.
‘I lost my brother from cancer and as a family we really felt, had his cancer been detected early, it could have saved his life,’ the singer has said.
‘And that is the message we’re trying to get to people. If you think something’s wrong, go and get checked up.
‘It not only can save your life but in turn it will save all the heartache that your friends and family will go through seeing you go through such a horrible thing.’

Remember when Kym Marsh was in Hear’Say and we all knew the dance routine to Pure and Simple? Course you do!
And it seems that Kym thinks that her popstar beginnings in the noughties have put her in a pretty good position to be a judge and give advice to others who aspite to be in the limelight.
‘I know what it’s like to go through a reality show – I could empathise with the contestants as I know how they’re feeling.’
So could she be competition for the likes of Cheryl Fernandez-Versini or Alesha Dixon in the future?
‘I’d love to have the chance to judge on one of those shows one day,’ she added, ‘but I think I’d be better on Britain’s Got Talent than The X Factor.’
If you remember, the whole reason that Kym was in Hear’Say was due to one of the first talent shows ever, Popstars, where she won a space in the pop band along with Mylenne Klass, Noel Sullivan, Suzanne Shaw and Danny Foster.
Sadly, though, our pop teen hearts were broken when the 39-year-old left the band in 2002. The other four held auditions to replace Kym but it seems she was one-of-a-kind as they didn’t find anyone and eventually split later on that year.
Kym’s CV is filled choc-a-block with musical credentials post her Hear’Say days, from a solo album in 2003, to entering in Making Your Mind Up, to be considered to represent the UK for Eurovision in 2006. She even delved into more classic music as she took part in TV show Popstar to Operastar back in 2010 – fancy!
Sharing on her column in OK! Magazine, she said: ‘I’m a Jack-of-all-trades, so I might be better suited to [BGT] . So far Simon [Cowell] keeps passing me by!’
Well, Simon is a busy man.
We couldn’t agree more though! Moving on from her singing days, we’re more used to seeing Kym on our TV screen these days after she made her debut on Doctors in 2006, and appearing in Hollyoaks: In the City, before joining Corrie to play Michelle Connor who we know and love!
But speaking of The X Factor, we wonder what Kym thinks about the new judges who are joining the panel?
‘I get Rita Ora as she has done The Voice UK. I’m not sure about Nick Grimshaw, which is a bit of a weird one. But I suppose you have to give people a chance. People might not know who he is, but Simon Cowell knows what he’s doing with these shows.’
Yeah, we think Uncle Si might know a thing or two.

We know Kim Kardashian is a master at posting pouty selfies and inspiring us to try out controuring – with no success unfortunately – and we love her for it. But the 34-year-old has headed to Cannes this week to give a talk about Hollywood and Trends in Digital Storytelling at the Cannes Lion festival. WE KNOW – sounds pretty impressive right?
The entrepreneur drew in a massive crowd to listen to her speak, and even the more serious speakers amongst them were pleasantly surprised at what she had to say about running a gaming app and international brand.

So, if you want to be as successful as Kim K here’s 5 things you need to take on board PRONTO!
1.) Don’t be late
We know, we know. The bus was late, your left your strengtheners on, your dog ate your car keys – all that jazz. But if you want to run an empire, you better hope all your clocks are running on time. ‘I always say, don’t be late,’ Kim said at hte talk. ‘I tell my team I don’t want a rider and I just want to turn up with as few people as possible and most importantly, just be gracious.’

2.) Take your partner’s advice
Kim launched her gaming app, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, last year and was an instant hit overnight, with now having gained over 28 million downloads. And the inspiration behind it? Her hubby, Kanye West.
‘Kanye really talked me into doing this partnership. He always wanted to do music for video games, so he thought it was the coolest thing in the world to have a video game with a character of myself. I thank Kanye every day for making me do this deal.’ Relationship AND career goals?
3.) Don’t say yes to everything
We all know Kim Kardashian is a busy gal, especially as she’s a mum-of-one with another one on the way! So it’s important she doesn’t fill up her diary with too many work commitments, which she reveals she used to be guilty of doing: ‘I used to take on way too much and sometimes I got involved with brands that didn’t make sense for me, because I was excited by everything and wanted to be here, there and everything.
‘But it was overkill and so I took time off and figured out what I should be doing. Not everything I took on was the right fit for me and that can kill a brand. I’ve actually unfollowed people who post too many brand-related Instagram pictures because I don’t believe in it. I can smell it a mile off.’

4.) If you can’t beat them, join them
It’s a man’s world out there, especially when it comes to gaming and technology. Kim said that it was scary to step into such a male dominated environment, but she may have made more of a difference for women by doing so than you may think.
‘I feel excited that we brought a female fan base to the gaming world and to the tech world. It’s been a new venture for me and scary for me to step into such a male dominated world.’ You go girl!
5.) Be authentic
The holy grail secret for business success? Let our gal Kimmy tell you. When she was asked what the one essential value was fpr building a successful brand, she immediately answered: ‘Authenticity’. Sheridan Smith, one of our fave actresses and all-round nice gal, celebrates her 34th birthday today!
The actress has certainly come a long way over the years. Born in Lincolnshire in 1981, she’s transformed from a young hopeful to one of the country’s leading stars.
In honour of her special day, we’ve been taking a look at how Sheridan has changed her look over the years.
When she was still a teenager Sheridan landed one of her first telly roles in ITV’s Dark Ages, a 1999 sitcom about medieval villagers. As Matilda she sported cute curls and youthful enthusiasm.
Skip forward to 2005 and the actress had clearly grown up a lot. She was snapped in a daring low-cut top teamed with a cheeky smile at Cirque Du Soleil in London.
Over the years Sheridan has experimented with her hair. In 2007 she unveiled a sharp blonde bob to step out with then-boyfriend James Corden at a film premiere and in 2010 worked a wavy mane after becoming a huge hit on the West End in the musical Legally Blonde.
We loved seeing the bubbly star try out a vibrant red colour in 2012 ahead of her acclaimed role in ITV drama Mrs Biggs, a part which earned her a BAFTA TV Award.
By 2013, with her star increasingly on the rise, Sheridan worked gorgeously girly brunette curls during a visit to BBC Radio 1 – so pretty!
The Lincolnshire lass really hit the big time in 2014. After another award-winning performance in Cilla, Sheridan proved how confident she’d become by totally owning a punky purple mohawk. Wowzers.
This year has seen lots of changes for the successful star. She looked very grown-up when she collected her OBE in May but totes let her (now blonde) hair down last night for a star-studded birthday bash.

There must be something in the water in Cambridge at the moment as yet another celebrity couple have headed to the city for a spot of punting.
Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright were spotted enjoying a day out yesterday, marking one month since they tied the knot in Bury St Edmonds.
The outing also comes a month after David and Victoria Beckham took their family on a similar trip in Cambridge. Which has got us asking – are Michelle and Mark actually turning into the Beckhams?!
There were some definite similarities between the two excursions. Mark, 28, posted a moody black-and-white snap of him and Michelle admiring the scenery whilst out punting, which looked very much like a monochrome picture posted by David, 40, during the Beckhams’ water trip.
Mark also cosied up to new wife Michelle, 28, during the romantic escapade and captioned a photo of them standing on the boat: ‘Punting in Cambridge !! Soaking up the old historic surroundings !! @michkeegan enjoying her history lesson !! #britishsummertime’
Becks was also pictured standing on the vessel, though the retired footballer had a go at working the punting pole rather than cuddling up with Victoria.
The similarities don’t end there though. Michelle has definitely got a bit of the Posh about her, what with the fashion line, the glossy brunette locks and a love of the Spice Girls (something Michelle revealed during a Twitter Q&A this week).
Mark has quite a few things in common with Becks too. The former TOWIE star actually started his career as a semi-professional footballer before pursuing showbiz ventures, and they’ve also both launched fragrances and fashion ranges.
And we can’t NOT mention the fact that both couples had pretty lavish weddings. David and Victoria, 41, caused a massive stir with their bling-tactic nuptials back in 1999, which featured famous guests, decadent outfits and those infamous thrones.
Okay, so Michelle and Mark’s ceremony might not have had the thrones, but it did attract showbiz pals and Michelle wore a dress with a luxurious long train.
What’s more, the Wrights are already a celebrity power couple and they could one day become a power FAMILY just like the Beckhams. Mark recently admitted that he hopes to be a dad within the next few years and we could totally see their undoubtedly attractive kids being as famous as the Beckham sprogs.
Watch out, David and Victoria – Mark and Michelle are on your tail!
TOWIE has been heating up recently and it’s not just the Essex drama that’s got our pulses racing.
Oh no, no, no. The ITV reality show has welcomed a brand new man into the mix – 26-year-old Pete Wicks. Swoon.
He’s not your regular TOWIE fella though, y’no, slicked back hair and clean-shaven face. Pete is actually the total opposite rocking long dark locks and a body covered in tatts. Yes, he IS beautiful.
Pete hasn’t always looked like this though. The reality star took to Instagram on Thursday morning and shared a throwback Thursday photo of himself with the caption:
‘Little #tbt with my boy @chrissy_wallis ✌️’

Wow! What a difference. In the blimmin’ beautiful snap, Pete rocks a shaven head and has noticeably fewer tattoos.
What a change to the selfie that Pete shared on Tuesday when he headed to London’s ITV studios. In the photo, Pete flaunts long tied-back hair and neck tattoos.
Oh, he’s got us all hot under the collar!
It’s not just us regular folk who have fallen for the Essex newbie though as TOWIE star Jessica Wright,29, also seems to share a connection with Pete.
In the first episode of TOWIE in Marbella there appeared to be a fair bit of chemistry between the pair as they discussed their dogs on the beach but Pete’s pal Dan Edgar wasn’t too impressed.
In fact, Dan, who has previously dated Jess, warned Pete to ‘swerve it’.
Speaking to Pete, Dan admitted: ‘I have no problems you going there at all. That’s irrelevant. I just feel from a man-to-man point of view, I feel like it’s hard to have a laugh with her when she hasn’t had a drink. When you’re out with her and she’s had a drink she’s a good laugh.’
Ouch!
