Arthur Collins had been asked to turn himself in for questioning
After something of a rollercoaster week for Ferne McCann, new reports suggest that things are only about to get more extreme – as it’s now being claimed that she is pregnant, as boyfriend Arthur Collins gets arrested for London acid attack.
On Wednesday (19th April), it emerged that Arthur was wanted by police for questioning related to an acid attack at Hackney venue Mangle E8 two days earlier, which injured 12 people and left a man and a woman blind in one eye.
Early on Sunday (23rd April), it was confirmed that Arthur had been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, just hours after it was claimed that Ferne was expecting his child – and she apparently told him the news just before the attack.

Ferne, 26, recently reconnected with Arthur after they ended their relationship in Summer 2016. However, The Sun reports that the former TOWIE star is having his baby – and her friends claim that she is doing the best she can under the surprising circumstances.
‘We are all so worried about her,’ a pal began in an interview with the newspaper.
‘Ferne is absolutely devastated by what has happened. She cannot believe someone she loved is capable of doing what Arthur is accused of.

‘She is under an incredible amount of stress.
‘But Ferne will roll her sleeves up and make the best possible life for her and the child.’

Prior to the events, it was clear that Ferne was excited for a future with Arthur, revealing their plans for a beach wedding and her belief that he was ‘the one’ in interviews. Yet it seems like their future is in jeopardy in light of the shocking events of the past week.
As well as Arthur’s arrest, 21-year-old Andre Phoenix has been charged on seven counts of grievous bodily harm.
