It’s been one tough year for Danniella Westbrook.
The former EastEnders actress recently confessed she would be ‘homeless’ for Christmas after being unable to keep up with payments on her house due to ill-health, and then had to have all her teeth removed.
But things seemed to be looking up for the Celebrity Big Brother contestant when she revealed she’d landed herself an unlikely job in teeth whitening.

The mum of two told her Instagram followers: ‘Make your mates WELL JEL this Christmas Book now.
‘Spaces limited by available for @essexsmiles here in Liverpool @lipcouturedltd all teeth whitening done by me. call us & treat yourself get the Hollywood smile. Men welcome too (sic)..’
Unfortunately, just days after sharing the good news on her Instagram page, the 43-year-old has now announced that she won’t be whitening people’s pearly whites after all, because clients don’t want to look at her face.
Ouch!
According to The Sun, last night the star confirmed: ‘Just so everyone is aware… I WILL NOT BE DOING TEETH WHITENING AT LIP COUTURE, As apparently due to my septicaemia & multiple operations clients don’t want to look at me or have me treating them.
‘SO Nicole’s mum Suzanne will be doing the treatments… Wishing the girls all the best & happy Christmas all x.’
Despite Danniella’s declaration, the owner of the salon, Nicole Francis, has an entirely different story altogether and told The Sun: ‘Unfortunately day one of her starting the business she turned up late and was all over the place.
‘She left tissues left on the side with blood and anything else coming out of her nose in a clinical room, so I said to cover it for hygiene purposes!
‘This was the only reason we did not go ahead with the treatment. It was the hygiene element and nothing to do with her appearance.
‘I still count Danniella as a friend, and I wish her well, especially at this time of year.
‘I also hope we can work together in the future.’
Eeek.
And apparently Danniella hasn’t taken the news very well, and source close to her also revealed to The Sun: ‘Danniella feels like they used her to get exposure for their salon and lots of bookings, but instead they got the owner’s mum doing the treatments instead of the original deal that Danniella was doing it.
‘It’s such a shame for her, she just can’t catch a break.’
