The X Factor judge, Rita Ora, hits headlines after her love split for the wrong reasons
Rita Ora‘s had as much heartache as she’s had chart success. And now she’s on tenterhooks that yet another ex could trash her name and ruin her big break as an X Factor judge.
After she and rapper Ricky Hilfiger, 25, ended their year-long relationship last month, some are suggesting his latest song Superman has embarrassed her by appearing to reference her bedroom technique, including the line: ‘Baby, you f*** me better than them other girls.’
A source says: ‘Rita’s fed up of being labelled as a maneater. She’s now on the warpath to stop her exes belittling her and shouting her out.’
Rita, 24, is no stranger to exes referring to her in public. Calvin Harris, 31, humiliated her by announcing their break-up on Twitter last June and stopping her from performing their hit I Will Never Let You Down at the Teen Choice Awards. Rita later said of the split: ‘I was at that point in my relationship where I felt he could do no wrong. I thought he had my back and that he¹d never steer me wrong.’
In December 2012, Rob Kardashian, 28, appeared to accuse her of cheating on him during their brief relationship. He Tweeted: ‘She cheated on me with nearly 20 dudes while we were together… But I mean 20?!!!! I am actually disgusted.’
However, he later deleted the posts, saying: ‘Just so we clear, I never mentioned Rita Ora in any of my Tweets.’
Most recently rapper A$ap Rocky, 26, had a pop at her in his song Better Thing, rapping: ‘I swear that bitch Rita Ora got a big mouth. Next time I see her might curse the bitch out.’
Now Rita’s hit back. She said: ‘I don’t understand why they all have to give me this title. It’s not true. I’m actually a very pure, innocent soul. I think sometimes when you have a woman that is career driven, it’s intimidating.’
