After splitting with partner of nearly 10 years, Kourtney Kardashian is looking for shared custody of her children with Scott Disick
It’s been a funny few weeks for Kourtney Kardashian. She split from Scott Disick who she was with for nearly a decade, after she had enough of his partying ways and was seen getting close and cozy with ex girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in Monaco, while she was looking after their three children.
But despite the 36-year-old no longer wanting to be together with the party animal, a source has revealed to TMZ that she still wants to share custody of their three children with Scott.
Kourtney is reportedly looking to have joint custody with him of five-year-old Mason, three-year-old Penelope and seven-month-old Reign as she wants them to have a ‘real, meaningful relationship with their dad.’
The source reports that the KUWTK star was seen leaving an office after visiting divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, who is known for her expertise in joint custody cases.
They continue to add that when it comes to money, Scott has not mentioned any desire for child support, as he’s making more than enough money through his infamous club appearances and various business ventures.
32-year-old Scott’s missing presence at daughter was noticed earlier this month at daughter’s Penelope’s birthday party, but posted an cute and touching Instagram pic for her on her birthday, saying: ‘1 of the only things I’m proud off about myself. Happybdayp.’
But Kourtney’s not turning her back on her ex for the sake of their children, as she was seen being reunited with her ex, along with their three kids last week, having lunch together in Beverly Hills.
