Millie Mackintosh lets us in on the secrets to her phenomenal body!

Millie Mackintosh is known for her hot-to-trot bod and we’re just desperate to know exactly how she gets it.
Well, your luck is in ladies!
The former Made In Chelsea star has taken to Instagram and revealed one of the moves that helps her tone her bum and legs.
Mille, 25, posted a video of herself squatting with a kettle bell in the gym. Next to it she wrote:
‘The struggle is real! Sumo squat hell to start the week thanks @markzimm88 for kicking my butt! #feeltheburn #legday #ouch.’
So what exactly are sumo squats? Well, they aren’t your regular ol’ squat y’no!?
When doing a sumo squat, feet should be placed at a wider width with toes turned out at an angle, instead of feet being placed shoulder-width apart with feet facing forward.
In her post, Millie thanked Mark Garlick, The Transformation Coach and lifestyle expert at Lomax Chelsea in London. Mark has also transformed the body of Millie’s TV co-star, Spencer Matthews, and Rosie Fortescue’s twin sister, Lily.
Millie often shares photos of her workouts and favourite healthy meals but the Chelsea lady still knows when to kick back and enjoy herself.
On a recent trip to Amalfi in Italy with rapper husband Professor Green, 31, Millie shared endless photos of delicious carb-laden grub. Yes, Millie DOES eat carbs – proof right there that you can have your pasta and eat it!
The reality star shared this spaghetti snap alongside the caption: ‘My spaghetti love affair might have to go on hold for a while, it was totally worth it though! .’
Millie also indulged in pizza whilst on holiday and uploaded this photo of her Italian lunch. Next to it she wrote:
‘Today’s lunch.’
Looks delicious!
Now ‘scuse us whilst we drop 50 sumo squats!
