Lauren Goodger has left us all gobsmacked with her incredible body transformation and she’s just as surprised by it herself.
The TOWIE star, 29, admitted on Instagram earlier today that she barely even recognises her old self now and is stunned by how much she’s changed.

To prove her point Lauren posted some pretty jaw-dropping before and after bikini pictures which highlight how she’s dramatically slimmed down – and toned up.
‘Wow this shocked me!’ Lauren wrote. ‘I don’t remember who that is in the first pic!’
Ms Goodger has been keeping fit using her hit OMG! Workout DVD and credits it with getting her body in the incredible shape its in now.
‘The difference is with my weight loss I’ve built a strong fit toned body and the only thing that’s worked for me is Laurens OMG!workout DVD !’ the Essex girl posted.

Lauren’s then and now pictures certainly prove she’s got one strong bod!
The before photo shows the reality TV star looking shapelier in a light blue bikini whilst the second shot reveals Lauren’s toned abs and legs in a more revealing two-piece.
Seeing her impressive transformation in the snaps has left Lauren’s followers in awe.
‘Well done Lauren you looked good before but you look awesome now!’ one admirer commented.

Lauren hasn’t been shy about showing off her figure since losing a whopping 4st in weight and who can blame her really?
The TOWIE favourite isn’t too strict though and still allows herself some little indulgences, having shared a video as she prepared to tuck into some yummy-looking pancakes yesterday with boyfriend Jake McLean.
You’ve definitely earned that treat, Lauren!
