The former TOWIE girl has a posing sesh to show off new bod...and one woman looks completely OVER it
Unless you’ve been hibernating for the past month or so, you’ll know that Lauren Goodger has undergone an incredible body transformation – and is not afraid to let you know about it whenever she can.
Whether it’s appearing on live TV in a bikini, or a stream of full-body selfies posted to her social media, the former TOWIE star is using her fabulously toned body to promote her new fitness DVD, Lauren’s OMG! Workout.

On Tuesday, she took to Instagram once again for a short posing video to kindly remind us all how good her bikini body looks – but in motion.
‘Good afternoon all my beaut followers – little posing video 
to show you how hard I’ve worked everything you need to know is on my fitness DVD get involved today!!’ she captions the clip.
Holding the phone up to a large mirror, Lauren records herself doing a series of poses showing off her toned bod. With her hair in a high ponytail, she’s pouting, smizing and all-in-all, feelin’ herself.
Hundreds of her followers have commented on how ‘amazing’ and ‘inspiring’ her new body is. But there’s one person who doesn’t look all that impressed…
If you cast your eyes to the right, you’ll see a woman in the background dressed in black, who hilariously looks completely over the whole situation.

At one point, the woman – who could be a personal assistant or beauty staff – raises her hands in a motion that we could only imagine means: ‘why. TF. Am I here?!’
Elsewhere in the 10-second-long vid, we see the poor bystander notice she’s being filmed and freeze awkwardly – because apparently, if you stand still enough, no-one will notice you…kind of.
Sadly for her, the stillness wasn’t enough to help her disappear – plenty of commenters picked up on how unimpressed she seemed. Cue plenty of laughing emojis…
Clearly, too much of a good thing is taking a toll. But saying this, Lauren does look pretty darn great – if we had bodies like that, you’d have to pay good money for us to stop flaunting it!
