'I'm. SO. HUNGRY!' We've been there, Megan
Most of us have been ‘hangry’ at some point in our lives – when you get to the stage of feeling so hungry, you actually become angry. ‘Hangriness’ seems to rear its head a lot on celebrity reality shows, and Celebrity Big Brother is no exception.
Poor Megan McKenna is the first housemate in this year’s CBB to get struck with the condition, but luckily for us her tantrum was, of course, caught on many cameras for our enjoyment – and it’s EPIC.
The latest task for the housemates involves the house being split into two groups: the puppets and the puppetmasters. One of the task’s rules means that the puppets are not permitted to eat the same meals as their masters, and must stick to basics such as mashed potatoes – and it hasn’t gone down well with Megs.
The 24-year-old Ex On The Beach star eventually dissolves into a tizzy comparable to Nikki Grahame‘s classic ‘Who IS she?!’, complete with streaming tears and big dramatic arms.

‘I need to eat food, I’m starving. You think I’m joking?’ she tells the bedroom, before storming to the main living area to hammer on the door of the Diary Room.
‘I’M HUNGRY! All I wanna do is have a f*cking piece of toast, I’m f*cking STARVING!’
Sadly for Megan, Tiffany Pollard was in the Diary Room at the time – so there was only her fellow housemates Stephanie Davis, John Partridge and Nancy Dell’Olio to give a listening ear. Steph, in particular, wasn’t too sympathetic…

‘It’s not funny, I’m hungry!’ protests Megan, still bawling.
However some have doubted whether Megan’s strong reaction to a diet of Smash is genuine, commenting that the whole display is a ploy to get more recognition on the outside world. Ooh la la!
