Fans are speculating that One Direction star Niall Horan may have gone back to his roots and ditched the hair dye in favour of his natural brown locks - and they're VERY excited/confused/peeved
It doesn’t take much for One Direction fans to lose their 
– and their latest internet meltdown is no different!
It comes as Niall Horan stepped off a plane earlier this week sporting what may or may not be brown hair, rather than the shock of blonde that his fans are so used to.

The reason for the uncertainty is Niall was wearing a baseball cap, thus hiding his lovely locks.
But, from what could bee seen – the hairline and his sideburns – it did indeed look as though the star had decided to ditch the dye and return to his natural hair colour.
And man, it sent the Directioners of the Twitter-sphere into a right old tiz.
Some simply couldn’t handle…

Niall had already experimented with a bottle of hair dye from Boots when we first met him as a cute-as-a-button 16 year old on The X Factor…
But his fans’ obsession with seeing him au natural (we’re talking hair, but we suspect they’d like to see him ‘au natural‘ in another way, too…) has led to many of them imagining what he looks like as his true brunette self via the wonder of Photoshop…

So now, with the band on an official hiatus, has the time come for the Irishman to get back to his roots once and for all and unleash Niall the Brown on us? We’ll let you know just as soon as he takes of that damned hat…
