The Corrie star opens up about body struggles and how to stay trim

Juggling motherhood and a full-time job is tough for any mother—add on a public profile and suddenly the pressure increases tenfold.
Now Kym Marsh, who knows all about fitting in a quick workout routine, has released a fitness DVD to help all the other mothers struggling to stay trim.
Too many mince pies, Quality Streets and roast potatoes?
No prob, Corrie Kym has it sorted.
Kym Marsh shares heart-breaking tribute to her son Archie
The soap star, who is joined in Power Sculpt by personal trainers Matt Baker and Sam Witter, reveals: ‘I’d found myself in a rut on the fitness front, I felt lethargic and couldn’t find the time to exercise – you know what it’s like when you work full time or have kids, or both.
‘I had pouches of fat after I had my children that I couldn’t shift and I just wanted to be healthier and stronger. There’s too much focus on being skinny these days and I didn’t want to be skinny, I wanted to be healthier, fitter and have more energy – and of course look good.’
Kym guarantees the workout DVD will have you burning fat for 36 hours afterwards.
‘My trainers Matt and Sam devised Power Sculpt for me so that I could exercise at home because I didn’t have time to go to the gym and I can’t believe how well it’s worked.’
‘I’ve finally got the body shape I wanted and managed to sculpt my body and shift those little pouches of fat.
‘I’m proud of my body now and I’m living proof that Power Sculpt works. I can honestly say I’ve never felt healthier, fitter or stronger.’
