Khloe Kardashian is standing by Lamar Odom while he recovers
Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian have decided to give their marriage another chance, following Lamar’s dramatic struggle for his life last week.
The pair jointly issued a request for their divorce proceedings to be cancelled, which the former NBA player signed from his hospital bed. Khloe’s lawyer Laura Wasser went before a judge on Wednesday morning, TMZ reports, and has succeeding in canceling the divorce before it were finalised. This means that the pair remain husband and wife.
Khloe has stood by her husband Lamar since his shock collapse in a Nevada brothel last week, after he allegedly overdosed on herbal viagra pills. The basketball star fell into a coma after suffering numerous strokes and heart problems – but seems to be making a miraculous recovery. Doctors have warned that Lamar may experience lasting brain damage and that his recovery will take months.
The Keeping up with the Kardashians star had filed for divorce against her husband in December 2013, but did not sign the papers until August 2015, meaning that they were still waiting to be processed.
