As Lamar Odom continues his recovery in LA, Khloe Kardashian reportedly 'has no plans' to resume filming
Khloe Kardashian has been a constant presence by former husband Lamar Odom’s side over the past week and it looks like his shock collapse might have changed her priorities.
According to reports the 31-year-old reality star could QUIT her family’s fly-on-the-wall show Keeping Up With The Kardashians in order to spend more time with Lamar, 35, as he continues his recovery.

It’s thought that Khloé remains with her ex following his transfer to LA’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre and isn’t keen to leave him any time soon.
‘She has no plans to resume filming Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and will continue to be at the hospital every day with Lamar,’ a source says.
Khloé has reportedly told momager Kris Jenner she wants to take a break from the series but it’s said to have left Kris feeling rather concerned.
‘Kris wasn’t happy about Khloé’s decision because she is a huge part of the show,’ the insider tells Radar Online. ‘For now, she’s hoping Khloé will change her mind.
‘Kris isn’t ready to play hardball with her daughter by reminding her that she is contractually obligated to do the show.’
It’s thought that Kris was also a bit apprehensive about the fact that Khloé paid a hefty $120,000 for Lamar’s helicopter transfer from Las Vegas to Los Angeles.
Kris isn’t alone either – the rest of the clan are worried about Khloe Kardashian too, it’s reported.
‘The rest of the family is also very concerned that Khloé is putting her life on hold for Lamar,’ the source says.
‘This recovery could take months. There are commitments that Khloé is obligated to do, and she just can’t not show up. It’s causing a lot of stress.’
It comes after an emotional Khloe Kardashian broke her silence on Lamar’s collapse by releasing a statement via her website thanking everyone for their support.
The TV star – whose divorce from Lamar was finalised this summer following their separation in 2013 after four years of marriage – spoke of how ‘difficult’ the past week had been but said she was thankful for Lamar’s progress and fans’ kind messages.
Lamar was found unconscious at a brothel in Las Vegas one week ago following several days of partying with girls at the ranch.
He had reportedly taken a herbal substitute for Viagra and police have said he told employees that he’d taken cocaine before arriving.
