From wrestling and football to walking and fishing, David Beckham and eldest son Brooklyn enjoy quality time in the sweetest ways
David Beckham and son Brooklyn have to be one of our very favourite father/son duos in the celeb world and for good reason too.
The former footballer and his eldest child regularly make us say ‘awww’ by spending quality time together in lots of adorable ways so we’ve rounded up the best moments all in one gallery. You’re welcome.

Ever since the blessed day he joined Instagram in May 2015, David has been sharing snippets of the Beckhams’ family life with his fans and this often includes snaps of his and Brooklyn’s antics.
There’s clearly a competitive spirit between them as David declared himself the winner when he took on his teenage son during a bit of playful wrestling in October 2015.
‘Just a normal Sunday in the Beckham household .. Master Brooklyn trying to take on 40 year old dad and losing again #dontmesswithdad #nexttimeson @brooklynbeckham,’ Becks captioned the photo.
Brooklyn begged to differ though and posted his own photo, writing: ‘In your dreams dad @davidbeckham’ Play nicely, boys!
A bit of competition also broke out in September 2015 when Brooklyn suggested that he now has much more street cred than his famous father.
‘Dads not happy about me being cooler than him,’ he wrote. We think you’re both pretty cool tbh, Brooklyn.
Sometimes Brooklyn and David Beckham are on the same side though. The time they both took part in a warm-up for a charity football match and posed side by side – with one Harry Styles on the opposite team – totally warmed our hearts.
David is clearly very proud of his boy. The sports star supported Brooklyn during a father/son fishing trip over the summer and spoke of his happiness about how well the teen did.
‘Not bad for his first time fishing… A nice John Dory that the captain said its the 2nd biggest one he had seen… very proud,’ the dad-of-four told his followers. Awww!
These two just keep getting cuter and cuter!
